Kenneth I have been coming here since 1998. After a several reputable nurses and staff left a few years back, it went downhill. They used to have very friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I had Dr. Gorman for 22.5 years. I developed a relationship with him to the point he would listen to my advice and let me be a part of my treatment. Every good doctor and PA I have known here are gone. I used to have relationships with almost every nurse and staff on a first name basis. The atmosphere is just not the same!

Joshua Aguilera This building looks like it used to be a shut down dollar general. Medical equipment looks like they bought it second hand from Mexico. I can hear through the walls, people urinating in restroom. What’s the point of having appointments if I have consistently had to wait about an hour after said appointment every time. I’ve had to request change of doctor because the first one I got was foreigner and was trying to convince me that I was lying about pain and that I was actually all better now. Texas is supposed to be the best state for veterans; even podunk Kansas has better clinics than this. 1000% better building, but still many areas that need improvement. Answering phone calls is one major issue. I’m lucky if I’m on hold for over 30 minutes, many times I get hung up on repeatedly.

Tonya Chapman I have been going to this practice for 22 + years. I have always had great experiences, from the front office to the office manager to the supervisor to the nurses to the NPS to the Doctors. The front office always greets patients with a smile. They get you checked in quickly and any paperwork I need them to print out is done by the end of my visit. The office manager always makes sure to say hi and ask me how I am doing. The supervisor always makes sure she says hi and asks if I have any issues. The nurses are always kind and courteous and very compassionate. They answer your questions and if they don’t know the answer they will find it out. The NP’S and Doctors are very competent and knowledgeable. They explain things so the patients understand. They talk to you like you are a person not a number. The whole office really cares about their patients and their health. The make me feel like I am family.

Carl Malkiewicz My wife was very weak and not talking clearly. She started a new medication, and it appeared that she was having a reaction to the medication or an overdose. I had her transported to Med City Denton by EMS. Arriving she was evaluated immediately, and blood work was taken. Information was provided to the hospital staff. My wife was handled with care & dignity, and I was kept informed of all testing. They recommended she stay overnight for observation and follow up if needed. The staff in the Emergency room and hospital was excellent and if needed, I would return to Med City Denton without hesitation. They are excellent!

Everyone here was great - April at the front desk was very kind, our nurse Brandy was helpful and funny, and Dr. Khan told entertaining stories the entire time he was stitching up my bf’s face. Awesome team! Everything was fast and smooth. 10/10 experience :)

Kori Byrd Words cannot express how pleased we were with the care and support of our dear family member. Everyone, including the nurses, therapists, custodial staff, and even the kitchen staff were wonderful. The quality of care given was exceptional. The Atrium staff not only cared for our loved one, but also included the family in all aspects of her care. The facility was always clean and maintained and very welcoming. We are so grateful that everyone from the Atrium were apart of our loved ones recovery.

Carmelite Williams In the last 6 months, I have visited several doctors and was sorely disappointed. I am pleasantly please with the visit I had today. The office staff was warm and inviting. The doctor was patient and helpful. I pray nothing changes between now and my next visit. Update...things changed! The first visit was amazing. And i am very disappointed at the chaos that happened over the last few weeks. This office is unprofessional and they lie to you over and over and over again. I presented paperwork for them to complete and they lied to me so many times, I had to report them to the insurance company. They will try to do unnecessary testing on you to milk your insurance. The turnover of staff is crazy, and that’s something the insurance rep told me. That was the reason they gave for lying to me about the paperwork they can’t seem to locate. They run a very chaotic office. While waiting for them to find some paperwork I had given them, I was able to see other people’s medical records that lay open on the desk. Stay away from this place at least until they get some organization.

Rasul Ngoma Heath services of North Texas - Denton Medical center 4304 is one of the best medical centers I have been treated. The staff are friendly and attentive to patients needs. Ms Nisha Abrahams, FNP attended to my medical issues with such a compassionate mood. All the referrals, lab tests and prescriptions made me feel cured, Not forgetting all other staff for their professional approach.

Erin Gregory Got to my appointment early, and was seen early. Doctor was super cool and the whole physical was super easy. I hate needles and this was one of the easiest blood draws Ive ever had
