Clifton Blake I brought my Mini in after speaking with Tanya who was AMAZING and transparent, she explained their whole process, and followed through. I have a mini Cooper with an issue that another shop could not pin-point, not to mention me spending $$$ w/ no answers.....Spoke with Tanya who was informative and knowledgeable, dropped off my car and it was diagnosed ,work was completed.....GUYS>>>>2 days! I told Tanya I was going to write a review moths ago. She and the Mechanics delivered and were down to earth and the cost was reasonable they did such a great job Im writing this almost 6 months later!!! Thanks Guys!! AND GOD BLESS!!!!

Brandon Hinsley I have had nothing but great work come out of here. This will be my third time taking my Jeep to them. So far every time I have left satisfied and my Jeep runs so well. He is very communicative, provides honest estimates before work is conducted, and allows you to provide your own parts. He is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Alexis Grojean Recently took my Jeep in and had a lovely experience. The lady who runs the front like a boss, was absolutely amazing to me. Always heard me out and helped me get my jeep back up and running. She called all over to find a camshaft for my vehicle. It may have taken a while but she never stopped busting her butt to find one for my Jeep. I just received my jeep today and she is running better than before! I will update this in a few weeks but I highly recommend Als SuperCenter! Amazing customer service, endless efforts to fix your vehicle in a timely manner and everyone was super kind/friendly. I will be back for all of my future services.

Ruben Hernandez I live out of town. And I’m moving to Killeen. I paid for all my parts on my Audi that needed to get done when I came back into town. They were ready for my vehicle.. I just called L&H and said I was on my way to town. They said bring it in the next day., they worked on my car and not only did they do the maintenance on it. They also let me know that it had a leak and they would be happy to work on it for me to just let them know.. see the thing is I knew there was a leak in it already so this wasn’t someone who made a leak happen in my Audi I knew there was a coolant leak so the fact that they not only did the maintenance on my vehicle but found something wrong with it and reported it to me says a lot about the shop…. They actually care about the customers., and they care about business. The atmosphere is amazing when you go there you treated me like family. If you have to wait on your vehicle, right next-door to them and s a food truck park. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I ate some amazing wings also. I recommend them to anybody whether you need an oil change or extensive work done on your vehicle….. the mechanics know how to work on Audi’s that should tell you everything you need to know. And above all GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

He is an incredibly honest and people before profit kind of guy. If he quotes it, hes giving you the best quote youll find. Period. As far as his commitment and mechanical knowledge and expertise, he is second to none. He gaurantees his work and meets deadline, or is done sooner. He ensures his employees stand and deliver, just as he does, no matter WHAT kind of vehicle it. You will get your vehicle back exactly the same as when you left it, no scratches, no dings, no dirty or oily feet, nor hand-prints left in, or on, the extetior or interior of your car. Brought my daughters PT Cruiser in. Both belts had broken. No power. They fixed it within 2.5 hours and Mike promptly called me. Job well done.

The team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and provided me with options for different quality levels of parts. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and the price was very competitive. But what really stood out was the attention to detail and the care they took to ensure everything was just right. They even showed me the old parts and explained what had caused the wear, which helped me understand the importance of regular maintenance. My car now stops smoothly and quietly, and I feel much safer on the road. I highly recommend A-plus for anyone needing brake work or any other auto repair. SharpieLady My car stalled completely while driving to work, and after looking around at options in the Killeen area to get it fixed, I found that Mayo Autoworks was the best fit for the job. They offered towing for cheaper than others, and it only took 30 minutes for them to arrive and take my car to get repaired. After running the diagnostic, they found that the EGR valve and throttle body of my Land Rover were leaking and needed to be cleaned/replaced. From Monday morning to Wednesday afternoon was all it took to get the parts ordered and everything serviced. The diagnostic also revealed problems i may encounter later on in my car so I am aware of any issues that may happen. They also included pictures with detailed records from the mechanic. When I had questions for the mechanic regarding my cars health, I was able to call Bridget (who works the front desk) and she was able to get Jacob the technician on the phone with me to answer my questions. Flexible non interest payment plans were also offered for me, which I appreciated as Land Rovers are more unique cars that need special attention/parts. Thanks for helping me and my old 20 year old car out this week!
