2 /5 Manisha C Gandhi: Two of us went to get our pedicure. I specifically asked about price for basic for both, she said $30 each. When it came time to pay she charged $43 for one of them - no Polish, just a simple pedicure. That is dishonest.

1 /5 Erin Andrews: The worst nail shop ever , they’re dirty & they don’t like being told when they’re doing something wrong! I specifically asked for square toe nails & the lady still gave me round when I told her it was round she caught an attitude & said it was because I didn’t get a pedicure. The polish was absolutely horrible!

1 /5 Nelofar Haidary: I can’t even deserve this nail salon to write my feedback about them, I went to take off my nails, I asked about the price the lady told me it’s 15$ but when (the lady in below photo) she start working on my nails, she cut my finger even she cut my finger still instead of me screaming on her, I told her to bring me alcohol pad, she brought me a dirty towel with water, and told her coworker that she was moving, while I told her nooo ma’am I was not moving she scream on me and told me to call 911 and they kicked me out of the salon that we can’t do any services to you. She made all these screaming and unprofessional behavior in front of 4 years old son. I never recommend this salon to anyone. They are very Rude Unprofessional Inexpert careless If they can’t provide good service to the client then pls don’t insult them instead shutdown your fake and unprofessional staff and business.

1 /5 Amor: I had to write this due to how disappointed I was in the lack of communication and products. So I used to come here years ago when my daughter was in annoy 5-6 years of age. She is now 20 and after years of not treating myself to a manicure and pedicure I figured, why not. Tina has always been my manicurist and she knows and is very good at what she does. The young lady who did my pedicure also did a good job just didn’t ask her name. The issue comes when I come in and ask for something specific like regular polish in both regular and matte finish and dipped nails with black tip. For one reason or another they said they could not do that so I had to pay extra for shellac which I did not care for but seemed like the only option available for the look I was going for. They did not tell me Joe much it would be additional but I figured I’d be paying a bit more. I’m not sure how you don’t have regular nail polish in all colors with the clear coating that makes them matte. So then when they asked if I wanted a basic pedicure I said yes, that’s what I always get and apparently a basic pedicure no longer means pedicure, but instead it’s essentially just a person painting your toes after they file or shape your toe nails. I came out paying $110 and left cheated because I did not get what I asked for and still left with no massage anywhere. I have never paid this much and left feeling cheated. I do realize prices have gone up. If I would have asked or would have been told prices I definitely would not have chosen this salon for my services. The ladies are good at their trade but I unfortunately would not go back due to lack of product (matte regular polish) and the fact they charge way more for the same services elsewhere.
