Lynn Lewis I Love the Ritz. They are always nice, friendly and courteous. Their place is extremely clean and they do a wonderful job with my nails. I never have any problems with chipping or breaking. Pedicures are wonderful. I have sent numerous people to them and they all love it.They treat the young girls just like adults. One suggestion to them...take the sign down that says you are open on Monday. Do not hesitate to go.

Heilyn Perez I asked for a white French coffin tip and I showed her the picture and she was very nice, but the result was not even close to what I wanted. I got a pink looking French tip and she cut my fingers on the side twice. I’ll show a picture of what I wanted and what I got.

Sandra Hall Kim is hands down the best nail technician I’ve encountered in over 20 years. After four years of monthly appointments, I am genuinely sad to be moving away and unable to bring her expertise with me. Kim has consistently delivered flawless French manicures using powder—no UV lights or traditional polish required. In all that time, I never experienced a crack, chip, or any issues with lifting or peeling. My nails always looked natural, with a perfect shape and finish. Kim’s knowledge and skill are unparalleled. I know my nails will never be as impeccable now that I no longer have Kim in my life.

Emilia Barrera Ive been here twice now and the service is so amazing!! They remembered me from months ago! Theyre so quick and do amazing work. They have regulars from 10+ years ago. I came for a refill this time and she fixed the mistakes the other places tech made and gave me even more than I asked for (in a good way). The prices have hardly changed in years too, amazing prices.

Mirna Carreon Im new to the area and was looking for a nail salon. Ken was my nail tech and he did a great job ! He was very attentive to detail and took his time to achieve this beautiful, clean look. This will definitely be my new nail salon. I was a walk in customer and they took me in as soon as I walked in. Its better to book an appointment, as they can be very busy.

rae c i have been here about 5 or 6 times so i can create a really well rounded review for anyone coming here. My boyfriend took me here starting July 2023 (he gets manicures sometimes as well) and i have a few pictures of some of the dip powder sets ive gotten from here. (the selfie was the only pic i had of the simple french tips haha) i have also gotten pedicures twice from here (dont rly wanna post my feet on the internet but trust me, theyre cute!). Everytime I have been here ive gotten a different nail tech, and theyve all been WONDERFUL. not okay or good, but wonderful. They adapt really well whether youre in a talkative mood or not (i like to be silent most times during my pampering, and they make the experience great every time). I have had several negative experiences with pedicures in the past. I tend to have a mild ingrown toenail, but people will be too aggressive with it, and I end up with toe pain for many days after leaving but not here and my partner also has never had a bad pedicure from here he mentioned. I went somewhere else last month bc i wanted to pay for my own nails for once and didnt wanna spend as much as he usually does for them, and although i decently enjoyed it around the level as one would, it was very noticeable the difference between regular places, and sweet escape. I love every time i come here, and shout out to Hana for doing my nails amazing twice. and i cannot remember her name for the life of me but theres a girl who every time i see her is ALWAYS wearing a bun and she did my pedicure last time and was the sweetest woman ever. loved her. anyway, all that just to say i love this place and its deserves all the stars ive given it.
