1 /5 Mark M: Unfortunately, one of the worst car experiences I’ve had in my entire adult life.
Wife brought vehicle in for a new battery, ended up with additional electrical damage, requiring the vehicle that was running upon arrival, to have to be towed to the dealership after a second attempt to remedy the issue. Ended up costing over $2000, a little higher than I was expecting for a battery and installation. We had been regular customers for close to 10 years, entire family had service and tires there, however, since Mark and Greg, previous managers left, service has been steadily in decline.
