1 /5 Joan Lockhart: Would strongly discourage you from choosing this business for any of your RV maintenance and repair at this time. Although when I initially contacted them, they were very helpful in providing me with referrals that I could contact to help me get the RV moved and set up and again to address additional service and maintenance needs, all but one of which proved to be good referrals, unfortunately I got caught up in the unfortunate situation of their son breaking his hip. I understand the chaos that something like this can cause and I have done my best to remain patient and follow their advice for keeping the project going by referral. All of this was fine until the tech I was working with went on vacation-again, people have their lives. However, the work to secure the RV (slide outs completely extended, hot water heater installation, sewage pump installation, etc). was not quite completed at the time the tech left on vacation. And the tech did provide me with the contact info for someone who could continue the work of installing the newly purchased equipment. However, my primary concern is the still unresolved issue of the slide outs being completely extended. Now it’s raining. I decided to contact By the Way again to ask them to provide me with someone who could specifically resolve the slide out issue. I have now left two messages over the course of the last two days, Monday and Tuesday, at the start of the new work week without so much as a return phone call. Very disappointing. So again, I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE contacting this business at this time as they appear to have been rendered inefficient, incapable of providing the service they advertise and completely overwhelmed.
