maheshwar Singh Honest people, I had an oil leak, I got my car checked by another garage they all asked for a higher amount. Bastrop Texas Mechanic (Main Owner) I am not sure about his name but he quoted a fair price. The day I came back to pick up my car he showed me the part that he replaced and asked for that part replacement price which was 60% lower than the amount we agreed. He could have easily asked me for that agreed price and I would have given because that was the deal, Instead, he showed his honesty rather than ripping me off. My oil pan was changed at a very fair price. Lots of respect and support for this place I highly recommend these honest people, good and clean work.

Valarie Hernandez Do not recommend. We have had the run around getting our car back for the last 5 weeks. All of a sudden our battery is needing to be jumped, our caps from our tires to air up are no longer there, and we have mentioned to them time and time again that we needed it back before tomorrow due to going out of town for a trip. I am beyond frustrated and would not recommend them if you are needing your car back in less than 6 weeks.

Maria Benumea Firestone Complete Auto Care store #788403 was amazing! The staff did an incredible job with the service of our car. Staff member named Hunter accepted our vehicle even though it was near the closing time and he had several clients whom were already getting their issues wrapped up for the day. We were passing through, had an issue with our engine light and couldnt continue our trip back which was still 135 miles from home. Thank you Hunter and Firestone! You found the issue with our vehicle and were able to repair the same evening to get us back safely on the road. We definitely will be a returning customer with your companys locations.

timothy gauna Andre and his crew are awesome, and here’s why I believe this. I took my car to two different shops, only to hear that something about my filter or air flow sensor may be bad and I would have to leave it 6-7 days to do a diagnostic and find the problem first. While driving home upset, I saw Andre’s Automotive and decided to give it one more shot, especially because I could not pass a car inspection and my sticker was out. Let me tell you, the experience at Andre’s was a breath of fresh air! Andre was able to have it looked at and found the problem in minutes.
