Nya Pluto is still a planet Came in for an oil change and inspection and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, honest, and upfront about pricing and what my car actually needed no pressure or upselling. Its clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. This is exactly the kind of trustworthy, locally owned shop everyone should support. I won’t take my car anywhere else from now on highly recommend to anyone looking for honest, quality auto care!

Jono Brooks Ive used J&M for over 10 years with no issue (however... Ill add that Ive never brought them something to diagnose. Ive strictly used them when I know whats wrong and tell them what I want done...) until this year. I brought in my sons car to have a clutch job done on it. When we got it back, the speedometer no longer functioned. I called them later that week and let them know that this was the case... they said to just bring it back in for them to check out. I didnt get a chance to bring it in for a couple of months... but after I dropped it off and they inspected it, they said that because they could see that someone had done a front-end job recently (my son and I did this...), they werent responsible. I let them know that the front-end job was done BEFORE I had them do the clutch job. Didnt matter they said. So, they told me itd be around $300 to repair. I said "forget it... well fix it ourselves"... when I came to pick up, they charged me an $85 diagnostic fee... for what I already knew. Sorry yall... thats how you lose a 10+ year customer.

Arleen Crocker Dwaynes has always been my Go-To for car issues. From the moment of walking into their doors, you just know youre in the right place. Starting with Natalie that greets you to the mechanics in the back. Always a warm smile and willingness to offer help. Ive been using this shop for a number of years and Ive never been steered wrong. If something needs fixing. Theyll advise promptly, if not then theyll be honest and tell you that as well. They truly care about their customers, and i wouldnt consider going elsewhere.

Mindy Howard Mike got my car in quickly and got all the work done that was needed and I didnt have to go without a car for long. He was very open and honest about what was going on with my car and got it all done for an affordable price.

Jordan Schanche Art and his brother are awesome mechanics. Very straight up and honest. Family owned business. I will be back to get my brakes done soon. Also, for inspection, they are super quick.
