My son is a student at Texas State and we live in Houston so it’s always tough when car trouble happens while he’s away from home. Big Boy Automotive was a blessing they got his car in quickly, evaluated the issue and completed the repair the same day. He didn’t have to miss any classes or work which was such a relief. They were polite, professional and most importantly trustworthy. I truly appreciate a business like this and highly recommend them to other parents and students in the area.

They treated me with respect and gave alternate plans for getting the different parts of my car fixed to prioritize the most important issues first and take care of the rest when I had the money. Theyre an honest company, which can be hard to find in mechanics nearer to the university. Ill be returning to them for any and all of my cars needs!
