Diamond Kuhns I know if I ever get hail damage again I WILL bring my cars here! I had 2 cars with major hail damage and Carlos explained everything he was needing to do plus the time hell take to get it done, he took care of the cars very very well! He kept me updated on everything, when I got the cars back not only were they dent free but they were really really clean! I would say he is a perfectionist with his work! I definitely highly recommend you bring your cars here!! My husband an I are such satisfied customers!!

I was honestly dreading the cost and the hassle. But Richard, the owner, quickly put my mind at ease. He’s incredibly sweet and genuinely jolly, which made the whole experience less stressful from the start. After taking a thorough look, Richard discovered that it wasn’t the transmission at all. It was just a bad battery. I was so relieved. What really stood out to me was his honesty. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but instead he was upfront, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, and charged a fair price. It’s rare to find someone in auto repair who’s both deeply knowledgeable and truly kind. Richard and Mission Auto have earned my trust completely, and I’ll definitely be back for any future work.
