1 /5 Carrie Shamblin: Dr Melde is an excellent physician her nurses are amazing. This review is specifically for Chris Wilkins who was disrespectful of my privacy and my time. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and she made the choice to NOT allow me to be checked in because I refused to discuss my financial issues publicly in the waiting room. She threatened to not let me see my physician of choice because she is the office manager and I dared to ask for respect for my time and as a human being. She admitted they do not have a HIPPA protected area and continued to discuss private and personal information across the waiting room. I am currently waiting to hopefully see my physician for serious medical issues unsure if she will let let me be seen or if I will be forced to suffer my medical issues without the medication I need to survive.

5 /5 Meredith Harris: Ive had nothing but great experiences here. (Well, as great of an experience as you can have when youre sick). Dr. Moore is very kind and thorough. Nurse Heather (NP) is super easy to talk to. And Miss Amy will greet you with a friendly smile when you walk in. No one likes going to the doctor, but I feel so at ease with the people at this office.

3 /5 Julian Holmes: Dr. Meador is an awesome doctor, but the referral staff are not in a hurry. All I am saying is that it would be good to have a little perspective on why a patient might have sense of urgency about their own health issues. The nurses are good, want to say that too.

1 /5 Marie Rivers: I was so absolutely disappointed with my visit there. first of all I was looking for a family doctor for my husband and I. So I had my appointment explaining to the young doctor what my problems were he really could care less and I was suggesting that I needed, and the visit is not cheap at all at all. I told him my ailments and he just listened didnt suggest anything so my husband told him can you please run a test for her immune system, okay will do. I have an issue with sweating and I asked him what I can do about it and he told me I can get Botox shots in my hand.do you know how ridiculous that was when I asked them the price $1,200 per hand I had to roll my eyes because really in 6 months do you that is absolutely expensive thattwould BE!!! THE treatment doesnt last but a few months. so he told me that Im stuck with the way I am. Theres nothing that can be done about it. I wasnt asking him for pain medicine and drugs thats not what I was asking him for. Not one time did I ask him for pain medicine. and the young doctor couldnt wait to get out of the room. And then I have to log on to a website to get my results of my immune system first of all I had to Google everything because Im not a doctor I dont know these terms are.so disappointed I really thought I was going to find a great family doctor instead I had a horrible visit.
