5 /5 Tyler Tatum: I had a pretty great experience with Pioneer, they went above and beyond to help me diagnose the issue and get it resolved. The pricing was a little high for my budget so I ended up shopping around but they still did everything they could to match the quote I got without compromising the high level of work they do. Even after I decided to use another shop they still allowed me to leave my car on the lot until I could get it towed off. I will definitely return in the future when doing repairs because of the way that they handled the whole thing.

They saved me thousands of dollars on an AC repair after another shop, Tommy’s High Tech, quoted nearly $4,000. Here, the issue was properly diagnosed and repaired for just $497.82. In an industry where trust can be hard to come by, finding a team that leads with integrity is rare. They had every opportunity to upsell or overcharge me, especially since I was a first-time customer, yet they did the opposite. The staff assured me they would not only match my previous quote but beat it by at least $100—and they did so significantly. To those who have left one-star reviews without merit: it’s worth taking a step back and considering the full picture. My experience proves this shop values fairness, transparency, and doing right by the customer, even when no one is watching. I’m a young adult (female at that) so yes it’s pretty hard to get great experiences without people trying to take advantage of your lack of knowledge in mechanics and car trouble! Which already happened prior to bringing my car to pioneer. Stephen was very understanding and more than willing to help find the problem tackle the issue and get me back rolling again! Nathan (the manager) was also very understanding and accommodating! All hard working men that will get your car back in tip top shape for a fair and well worth it price!!

5 /5 Rohan Selvaraj: I have a drift setup 370z and got a very bad alignment from a different shop that was so bad, I wasnt even able to drive it any of my normal low-car friendly alignment shops. Thankfully Pioneer Automotive was close-by so I gave them a shot, and they were awesome! They got me on the alignment rack 15 mins after I got there, priced me fair, were very nice, and let my friend and I hang around the alignment rack to make sure everything was done correctly. They did an excellent job and got me back on the road so I could attend my drift event!
