My contact was Andrea , her customer service skills are truly phenomenal! Also anyone else i spoke to was kind and helpful. Auto Tek came highly recommended from a friend and now i understand why.

5 /5 Existential Catch-22: Superbly happy with my service. Been going here for years and now travel far to get my car serviced there because of the level of excellence. Took my car to an alternate shop and kept having issues. All the work had to be redone! I was also not confident with the alternate shops work. Its worth it to get done right the first time. Autotek makes me feel confident to trust my car to be safe. I drive on the highway quite a bit. Safety cant be compromised. Rates are reasonable. No upsells. Full transparency in their work. Authentically respectful and polite. Great turn around time.

Theyre extremely knowledgeable and always take the time to explain whats going to happen with the vehicle and the cost involved. It really is like dropping your car off at your uncles to get fixed...feels like family. Super satisfied!

2 /5 Antonio Gonzalez: Kind of hard to recommend this place to people when they are charging 205 dollars for labor to replace the spark plugs. (I did this in 5 minutes). The service it self is fine. Staff is friendly and technician was also friendly but overall I wouldnt say its fair. They were charging me about 300 dlls of labor per axle to replace the rotors and brake pads (Just labor not including the parts). 40 bucks of labor to replace the cabin air filter (takes 2 minutes to do). 40 bucks to replace the engine air filter and 180 bucks to do a fuel injection service.

5 /5 bob smith: These guys rule! While not the cheapest in town (~$200/hr) you get what you pay for. No shortcuts are made, they do not make false promises, and the work is done correctly each time. There may be cheaper options, but if you want to 100% guarantee what needs to be fixed will be fixed, just go to these guys. So many shady shops run by clowns in the car industry. Its refreshing these guys are in town when you need repairs fast.
