Summer Moser This was a great place to take my car. They were able to do a diagnostic not only way quicker but also way cheaper than what my dealership was asking for. The repairs were also very timely. Their staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs repairs or maintenance. If you are like me and worry about car shops taking advantage of you (especially if you’re a young girl who doesn’t know a lot of cars) this is a great place to go!

Kimberly Perez I can not express how grateful I am to have found Rafael & Car Place of Frisco. I will gladly recommend to family, friends and strangers. There were multiple things wrong with my vehicle and Rafael was able to show me exactly what the issues were so that I could visually understand it all. That made me feel comfortable in trusting him to make the repairs. He got my car done quickly and he was very open & honest and there was great communication during the process.He was willing to start earlier & stay later so I could get back on the road which shows me how dedicated he is. It is hard to find someone that doesn’t try to take advantage of the customer (especially females) in this industry so from now on this is the only place I will have my vehicle worked on.

Lloyd Reeves The shop Ive been looking for. Checked them out after 4WP told me it would cost 12k to rebuild the front suspension on my F350. 11 hundred later, Drivers Edge fully repaired it, and some little things they found at 0 cost. Make it your shop too!

Coco Ledesma After reading some reviews I had to think of how I wanted to write my review. As a customer we, I always expect the best. But unfortunately is not that way always. Why? Because where there is more that one person involved amd different responsibilities is hard to expect 100% satisfaction. My experience this time at This dealership was exceptional. Before calling this dealership I got an almost $900 quote for the same exact tires. I called Tristan and he got me a GREAT deal, so yes I was taken care. Now we now days are in a rush to get everything with in minutes, but I rather have some spend time on my vehicle fixing it and be safe on the road, than rush them and not be sure that I will be safe on the road. Thank you I will be going back.

Decaveon PERRY Recently fixed my hellcat challenger. He was very responsive he text and call keeps you updated he’s very quick and does good work and has very reasonable prices also goes out his way to fix every little detail. Rolando Villicana I usually dont write reviews but definitely earned. As I was driving with my son my ture sensors started going off. I stopped by a gas station to realize my tire was punctured. These guys were next door with around mins to closing time. They still took me in, fixed me up and put me and my son back on the road. They were friendly and professional. Thank you for being that type of business.

Greg Deiter Crash Champions Collision Repair in Frisco is amazing. Our repair was very, very complicated and required a lot of delicate work and intricate parts. Their team was able to put it back together and it looks brand new. They were fantastic- especially in the way they communicated all along the repair process. We constantly knew where the car repair was at, and when the estimated completion date would be, I would highly recommend them to all my friends.

Nancy Strickland After spending over $2k at two other locations and not having the actual root cause issue repaired, I walked into European Auto near my neighborhood expecting to have another expensive and failed repair. I spent less than $400 and the leak was diagnosed and repaired and they provided the support I needed to return to the prior shop to have the real problem (warranty)denied be properly addressed. (The other shop had installed a water pump which was leaking, but denied it was leaking as it was covered under warranty and they did not want to redo the work). European auto verified the leak from water pump while replacing other parts that needed to be addressed. This allowed me to save $2100 for a new water pump by returning to the location to fulfill warranty coverage. (I had evidence!) Additionally, European auto repairs were 2/3 of the cost of two other locations for the work they did. And it took 3 hours where I had to leave my car overnight at other places. This is an outstanding, trustworthy, and affordable service provider. Audi q5

Venkata P Kakaraparthi I went with a AC problem for my car. Joe is very professional, explained me the problem, his approach to fix it. He didnt upsell any other stuff like most other shops do. The problem is fixed and i can see/feel the difference in this hot summer. This will be my go to shop for future needs. Would definitely recommend to friends.
