1 /5 Kevin Y: Would not recommend going here for installing aftermarket parts. Sent in my 335xi to get lowering springs installed, and they just left my sway bars detached. They didn’t even let me know when I picked up the car, what a joke.

1 /5 Fremont Mission Home: Dont get lured by ratings, avoid if you have an option. Do your research, call the dealer and compare rates. They exploit your trust. At the end of the day, they are just a business. They dont have a concept of customer retention or gaining customer trust. Its going to hurt their business in a long run. I would avoid this, there are multiple options in Frisco.

5 /5 Chris Croy: I brought my 2011 Mercedes ML350 to European Auto parts on Saturday. Edward and his crew found the problem with my air conditioning compressor and had it fixed the same day. As a single mom who needs her vehicle the professionalism and quick service were a blessing. Today Monday I had my Power steering, Battery, radiator lights all coming on. I called Edward and told him . I was 10 minutes away. He said bring it right in and they immediately got to work on it. It was a belt had that had broke and bearings were out. Again they saved the day if you want someone that’s honest, professional, and truly cares about you. This is the place to go.. Truly blessed.

5 /5 Nancy Strickland: After spending over $2k at two other locations and not having the actual root cause issue repaired, I walked into European Auto near my neighborhood expecting to have another expensive and failed repair. I spent less than $400 and the leak was diagnosed and repaired and they provided the support I needed to return to the prior shop to have the real problem (warranty)denied be properly addressed. (The other shop had installed a water pump which was leaking, but denied it was leaking as it was covered under warranty and they did not want to redo the work). European auto verified the leak from water pump while replacing other parts that needed to be addressed. This allowed me to save $2100 for a new water pump by returning to the location to fulfill warranty coverage. (I had evidence!) Additionally, European auto repairs were 2/3 of the cost of two other locations for the work they did. And it took 3 hours where I had to leave my car overnight at other places. This is an outstanding, trustworthy, and affordable service provider. Audi q5
