The technicians clearly explained the issues with my trucks shocks and broke down the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. They were upfront about the cost, and there were no hidden fees—just transparent, honest pricing. Smile My 2017 Mercedes E300 experienced severe water damage due to clogged sunroof drains, which affected the electrical components in the dashboard and seat and required a full carpet replacement. I brought my vehicle to Texan Auto for the repairs, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. The team, particularly Terry, went above and beyond. They kept me regularly informed throughout the process, including the extended wait for a custom electrical harness that had to be manufactured by Mercedes in Germany. Their communication and transparency made a stressful situation much more manageable. Terry also worked directly with my insurance company, which was a huge relief, and he even unclogged the sunroof drains and completed a registration inspection—both at no additional cost. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority at Texan Auto. I have no doubt that if I had taken my car to the dealership, as I typically only trust Mercedes dealership for all repairs, I would not have received the same level of personalized service and attention to detail. I’m truly grateful and now a customer for life.

Rebecca Perry I have taken my car to a few dealerships but I have not been fully satisfied with the repairs that they have done despite the exorbitant cost of the repairs. One even told me that they need to have the car for a few days to fix the lift gate. This time I made a diligent effort to read reviews on several car repair shops; and my overall conclusion is to take my car to Colony One at Dulles. I told David that my car gets hot especially when the air conditioning is on & the lift gate does not work properly. He said that they will run diagnostics & it will be a separate charge from the repair; which I consented to it. He called me after a few hours & informed me exactly me of the results of the diagnostics. He gave me a quote & I told him to proceed with the repair. My car stayed with them for only half a day & all repairs were done to my satisfaction. They even gave me a follow up call just to make sure that everything is OK & that I can call them if I have any issues &/or questions. That is customer service. From hereon they will be my go-to car repair shop. Kudos to the staff!

S B These guys have a top-notch facility here in Sugar Land. Super easy to work with and affordable pricing. They did a great job installing a cold air intake, blow off valve, and axle-back exhaust on my Mustang Ecoboost. I will go back to them in the future.

Amy Polak I’ve visited Garage Guys a couple of time on two different occasions. Once to get my vehicle registration, and second for my /c unit not blowing cold air. On both instances I had an excellent customer experience. The team got me in and out as quickly as possible. I’m usually a little hesitant when visiting a new place of business, like this one, however I was quickly put at ease and left knowing I got exactly what I needed. I highly recommend garage guys for all your vehicle needs.
