5 /5 Rebecca Perry: I have taken my car to a few dealerships but I have not been fully satisfied with the repairs that they have done despite the exorbitant cost of the repairs. One even told me that they need to have the car for a few days to fix the lift gate. This time I made a diligent effort to read reviews on several car repair shops; and my overall conclusion is to take my car to Colony One at Dulles. I told David that my car gets hot especially when the air conditioning is on & the lift gate does not work properly. He said that they will run diagnostics & it will be a separate charge from the repair; which I consented to it. He called me after a few hours & informed me exactly me of the results of the diagnostics. He gave me a quote & I told him to proceed with the repair. My car stayed with them for only half a day & all repairs were done to my satisfaction. They even gave me a follow up call just to make sure that everything is OK & that I can call them if I have any issues &/or questions. That is customer service. From hereon they will be my go-to car repair shop. Kudos to the staff!

5 /5 Peter T: We recently decided that we wanted to buy a used car. I learned from the Clark Howard Show that it was a good idea to have our car inspected by an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) mechanic. I did a Google search for such places near the car dealership that we were planning to buy our car and found the Colony One Auto Center. We brought the car there and after an hour or so wait, they did a detailed inspection. I stayed in the waiting area with my wife and was able to work using their free WiFi. After about an hour and a half the inspection was complete and they let us know that the car was in very good condition. This gave us the confidence to go ahead and make the purchase. I appreciated the people there that we dealt with. They seemed very kind and professional. Also, the price of around $198 seemed to be very fair.

5 /5 Marley Rivera: I had a great experience. I needed a new starter, so I bought one and brought it in to their facility. They were able to replace the starter in ~35 minutes! The labor cost was so much more affordable than other nearby places offered me as well. Ernest was fantastic as well, I appreciate all the help and time he put in. I will be back if I ever need anything else for my car done.

5 /5 Steve Lenard: As usual, this place did a great job on the repairs on my truck. Im so glad I found them about 15 years ago. Very professional. Never misdiagnosed. And best of all, nothing new to repair right after leaving, that makes you scratch your head and wonder if they did something to increase revenue. I literally cant recommend Colony One enough.

1 /5 Eleanor Thomas: I took my 2016 Chevy Malibu LTZ in for a noise and wobbling I could feel coming from the rear end. The establishment had been recommended by several of my peers at the local Middle School where I am employed. The staff was very courteous and willing to investigate what might be the problem with my vehicle. I was called about an hour later and told that all four of my rotors were warped. They recommended that I have them resurfaced. They also informed me that my brake pads were in excellent condition and did not need replacing. About a week later the noise returned. Due to work constraints I wasn’t able to bring my vehicle back until two weeks later. I did try to bring it back on a Saturday but was told they only do minor jobs on Saturday such as oil changes. No one was there to look at the issue that day. Returning that next week I left the car again. This time I was told the brake pads had to be”crystallize “ to the new resurfaced rotors. Needless to say the noise did not go away. I took the car back today because I paid over 300.00 dollars for this repair and as far as I was concerned, it had not been repaired. I received a call about 30 minutes after dropping my vehicle off telling me I needed a complete brake job repair on both the front and back brakes!!!!! Are you kidding me ????? I was quoted a price of 298.00 on the front and 298.00 for the back!!!! That’s over 600.00 with tax!!!!! I’m livid!!!! Not only was I not offered a discount from evidently the wrong repair being done in the first place; but I was being continually told the brake pads were in very good condition. BBB gave this establishment an A+ rating! Not with my experience!!!!
