Jason Colt with Hazel Chiropractic Clinic was very thorough, detailed and attentive to my issues. He was very professional and a pleasure to speak with. He scanned my back and could explain exactly where and why my pain existed. This clinic is not like some clinics where they try to make you pay thousands up front for a plan. They take care of you in a dignified way. I would highly recommend this clinic if you are having chronic back pain and cant seem to find a solution.

Michelle C. We waited a month from the date the patients pediatrician referred her to this orthopedist to be scheduled to see Dr. Vissers. We waited an hour and 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time for the doctor to see the patient, and although we were not given an explanation or apology at the time of the appointment, Dr. Vissers did take extra time to explain the patients issue to us and review the patients background. Dr. Vissers referral for orthotics took 3 business days to be submitted, but after seeing this review (which has been updated to also include the positive aspects now that my concerns have been addressed), he called me personally to explain that it only took so long because he was doing more research to make sure thats what the patient needed. When I mentioned my complaints to his staff, their only explanation was that he sees a lot of patients. However, when I mentioned it all to Dr. Vissers personally, our conversation resulted in clear explanations on his end and me feeling respected, educated, and understood. I may not recommend his staff, but Dr. Vissers does seem to genuinely care about not only his patients health but his relationship with the patients. Instead of simply dropping the patient due to this review or ignoring my comments, Dr. Vissers reached out personally to address my concerns so that he can continue to provide the care the patient needs in the best way possible.

Darrell Hoberer We were very impressed with Dr. Vissers and his staff. He spoke to my tween as if she was an adult, and I was super impressed with that. He asked her questions, listened to her responses, and respected what she had to say. He’s quite possibly the best doctor we’ve ever visited.

Randy Crum After going to one of the franchise physical therapy groups with little to no results, I had MUA surgery. Although the surgery wasnt at North Texas Medical Center I did choose their physical therapy department to rehab. The physical therapy department is one of the best I have ever seen. I have not finished my physical therapy yet, but there has been great improvements along the way. I give total credit to the professionalism and dedication to that PT staff. Please look their way and check them out if you ever need any recovery physical therapy. I am sure you will be pleased.

Laura Fogle For the first time in my life, I found myself in need of emergent care. I was taken directly to a treatment room by John, RN. I quickly had an EKG and blood draw. The care staff were kind and quick, talking me through every step. Dr. Sholakh and John were in and out several times during my stay, keeping me informed and making sure I was comfortable. Julia and Mark from medical imaging were quick and compassionate, making my studies as comfortable as possible for me. I’m feeling much better tonight, and am so grateful that we have such a great hospital in our town.

Alex Costa Not terribly busy and folks are friendly enough. I was here for a DOT required UA test, walked in with my paperwork and I was the only person in the waiting room. Its a little hard to find if you dont know where its located, and youll drive right by it if youre not paying attention. Theres no street frontage sign that I saw. Otherwise, not a horrible visit.

Sadonia Melson I met with Sara. She was great! She listened, gave solutions, offered her insight, and really went that extra mile. Finding a truly genuine health care practitioner these days can be hard. Also, the front desk was great. They actually know how to input your insurance. Which is a breath of fresh air knowing you wont wind up with a suprise bill in the mail. All in all, great job ladies!!

Sage Pini First off, he is NOT a gastroenterologist, he is a surgeon. He did a scope on me and told my wife I had ulcers, but told me in the follow-up two weeks later that I didnt. Hes not great. If you have stomach problems I would suggest going to Denton or Ardmore and seeing a real gastrointestinal Dr. Update on this review. I got the report from the endoscopy dr khaira performed. It says, ulcers, chronic gastritis, GERD, and esophagitis(sic), and other issues. So this dr couldnt even match the report to the patient he was speaking to. This has cost me an incredible amount of money and time in extra emergency room visits due to extreme pain from untreated conditions, and now I need another scope from a real dr, because the pain in my stomach is not subsiding due to his incompetence and lack of treatment for recognized, photographed, and recorded gastrointestinal conditions. Im editing this review from the er of Gainesville hospital, where I just had another CT scan because of pain in my stomach. If dr khaira wasnt incompetent, these conditions would be treated and managed by now. Unfortunately Im too poor to sue him.

Lanie Nolan This doctor is a joke. He sent me for numerous tests that didnt fit my symptoms $$$$ and treated me so poorly I was too traumatized to seek alternate care. All these years later Ive discovered it was a food intolerance. A doctor would have to be an absolute moron to not be able to diagnose a food intolerance when given the exact list of symptoms for food intolerance. There are many better doctors out there. Beware this one.

I have been 100% completely pleased with the care I received. everyone there has been so nice, kind, caring, and professional. I will definitely be back if I need care that my doctor cannot provide at the time

Jeremy Zwinggi Doctors never follow up with their patients. Staff is slow and "urgent" is the furthest from reality. You will literally die before those Drs get back to you. Better hope you dont have more than a flu. But even then I waited an hour 45 mins before my 10 min visit.

Jaena Ice The front desk was nice enough, however the young blonde nurse that took care of me was very unprofessional. It felt like I was nothing but a bug under her shoe the entire time, racing to get me out. Unfortunately I also heard her talking about me to the front desk, which was very unprofessional and rude. It hurt because i was there sick, and this woman couldn’t control herself but to be mean to me. The doctor herself was nice and understanding. I wish she had better employees.

Jason Brashar Ignored my fathers medical issues with his legs. Ignored paperwork that needed to be signed for insurance it took 3 months for him to get treatment. Im a cna and this is a despicable woman. Bed side manner sucks. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU IN THE OFFICE GETTING DEFENSIVE AND GETTING ANGRY WITH HIM. SHAME SHAME SHAME

Savannah Gartin Dr.Klien has been seeing my children since they were born and his wife delivered them! Dr.Mark is always very through and very informative! Per my 4 year old daughter "He is the best doctor in the world"! We love Dr.Klien he really is a great doctor!!

Pierce Tonya (GG the BB) I’ve known Dr Klein as a patient, and as a colleague. His bedside manor is top notch, he is a doctor that actually cares and takes his time to understand you. I refer anyone that needs a family medicine doctor to him. His office staff are the sweetest and Rayna his nurse is spectacular.

Kimberly Morrow There is one doctor I do not like. Took my daughter to her several times and won’t give her medicine unless she is sick for a week. Which ridiculous when she has been sick for 3 days with cough, congestion, and fever. And running on no sleep at night. I love all the other staff. They are very friendly, very nice, and actually want the best for their patients

Paulette Walls Receptionist is extremely rude. Talking over people trying to ask a question isnt very professional. I would recommend making an appointment somewhere else.
