Jen B Gracie was wonderful! My mom and I both have been working to embrace our natural wavy/curly hair. Gracie gave us both cuts that enhanced our curl patterns, gave styling and product tips, and was so helpful with any questions. I had a wedding coming up the same weekend, and with the advice she gave me I was able to style my curls beautifully and got so many compliments! I have been on the hunt for my "go-to" person for YEARS since my previous (non-curly) stylist retired. I will definitely be going to Gracie from now on! The best hair experience Ive had in years. Photos: longer hair is before visiting Gracie with my own styling, close up curl is the definition I got after cut and using her styling advice for the wedding (this was at the end of night), and the next slightly looser close up curl is the NEXT DAY after brushing! Im amazed.

Denise Peña I found Gracie after learning my former hairstylist was moving away, and while I was a bit nervous to find someone new, she made any nerves melt away! I really appreciated that the appointment started with Gracie asking about my goals for my hair, products I used, and how I styled it. I love, love, love that shes big on education and tells you exactly what shes doing and shows you how much product to apply so that you can recreate the look at home. Even though Ive been getting curly cuts for years, I came home with lots of new knowledge about my hair type and tips that Im excited to try out. As for the haircut itself, my curls have never looked bouncier, and I am so grateful to have found Gracie and Rock Your Locks! She is also so sweet and kind, and I look forward to my next appointment with her.

She got me in and transformed my hair instantly. She also told me which products were good for my hair and they worked. I trusted her with my hair enough to have her do my step-daughters hair. Bwana Maria Kendoll Smith has been my hair stylist since I moved to the austin area several years ago. Ive put my hair through many styles and colors and Kendoll keeps my hair healthy and beautiful. Even through pandemic. I pray I NEVER have to find another. You know those people who move away but travel hours back to keep the perfect stylist? That would be me if I ever left the area or she ever left. Shes definitely a cut above the rest!

Katie Brim Jacqueline has been doing my hair for close to two years now and I cant rave about her enough!!! When I came to her, I needed major color correction for banding that resulted from multiple colorings. Not only did she fix that, but over time, my hair has become MUCH more healthy, long and thick due to how she has done my color and taught me about caring for my hair. A Carli Jacqueline is amazing! I have been coloring my hair for over 20 years. I’ve only had two other hairstylist and I’ve been with Jackie for a couple years now since my other hairstylist moved out of town and recommended her. I would love to keep Jacqueline to myself but I will share her with the world and her amazing capabilities from hair color, hairstyle, extension, you name it she can do it. I have reddish brown hair naturally but she’s able to turn me a natural blonde that I love without any orange!! And the haircuts are epic always happy and satisfied. She will not do anything that she is not comfortable with that it’s gonna make you look bad. She will tell you not to do it. I love this about her, open and honest making sure that you leave happy.

Leslie Hildebrand Heather Dunn is incredible. She cuts and highlights my hair, and it always turns out so well! Rosa Irlanda I have had an amazing experience here! I’m a tenant and couldn’t be happier with all the help I have received! The landlords, Laura, Michelle, Albert and Michael have all been great from start to finish! They have really taken care of all the details in this place. It is always very clean. Reyes Nina “Nina Beloved” Berquis truly exceeded my expectations. I am not from Texas by the came to visit. Ive been in desperate need of a clean am me crisp layered haircut and blowout. The moment I sat she put her glasses on and looked closely at my hair strands, especially my ends. She immediately told me what I needed to hydrate my hair and give it the TLC it needed. Irva Pineda Berquis is PHENOMENAL! She really brought my hair back to life. I have not gone to a hair salon in over a year and a half because (1) of COVID, and (2) very few people know how to deal with my thick natural hair. I decided to go to Berquis after seeing the reviews and it is the best decision I could have made! She knows how to straighten natural hair without any chemicals, and she is just so patient and really listens. She washed my hair, blow dried it (I was in a rush) and she cut my hair in layers. Nikki Martinez Berquis is amazinggggg! It was my first time coming and I was blown away with how thorough she was. She put a deep conditioning treatment, roller set, blow dry, and style! I was there for literally 4 hours and have 0 regrets because the outcome shows she took her time! I have super model hair now. She respects my natural curls and didnt push chemical treatments on me and was being super heat friendly to it and recommended products and treatments to protect my natural curl pattern which I appreciated! Crystal Larson I went to Ozen salon for a consult initially. After sitting in the chair for 30 minutes as Kerem outline his vision for my cut and color, I immediately booked an appointment for the next available opening. Kerem was patient and gave several price point options for the look I was trying to achieve. Kerem was able to knock my blonde out of the park by providing dimension and avoiding the dreaded brassy- blonde. I am growing out my long bob cut and he was able to provide a cut that was seamless, somehow avoiding that grow-out flip that I desperately hate. While there I was able to get my brows tinted and fine tuned. My brows have never looked better. I left feeling like the best version of myself. Not only did my cut, color, and brows exceed my expectations, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at their salon. I cannot wait for my next appointment. Lastly- their communication and response to messages is unlike any I’ve seen before. I genuinely appreciate them accommodating my busy working mom schedule!! Such a gem.

EmJae Ross Kerem is the most incredible hair stylist in Austin. His precision in his hair cutting technique is next to none. Therapy in the seats of Ozen salon and spa, I tell ya! Aimee Butler Amazingly talented husband/wife duo + ultra beautiful & clean salon! Karem is the best stylist and colorist ever, and I have tried them all! Within just a few visits, he and his wife Kara, are considered friends and I wouldnt trust my hair with anyone else. I havent used Karas services yet but if I will most certainly be getting lashes from her for my next event.
