Texas Tuff Personal Training - Denton (TX)

Dr. DL Leddon I want to say that of all the fitness/ physical therapy centers, and health/wellness groups, Fitness Factory (FF) in Denton, & working with Julia and Kyle, has been the most sound and progressive fitness/health program Ive subjected (LOL) myself to!! I am in a long term program, working out at Robson Ranch with both Julia and Kyle, in an evolving training program featuring recovering strength and stability with both major and related minor muscle groups. Ive met most of my goals, and have still aways to go. I chose Fitness Factory because we had heard about Julia who had had a lot of success with seniors post-surgery fitness recovery. I then observed Julia with a client one day, and she was right there, teaching, & demonstrating/observing proper form. She also did her own form versions, explaining the why & how of muscle function. I told my husband, "I want her" as my trainer. He agreed. Now, I work out mostly with Kyle who is also excellent. Kyle and Julia as owners value their clients safety and wellbeing as the most important factor in their personal fitness goals. In addition, they are responsive, on time, energetic, and professional. They ensure their own facilities and equipment are clean and in good shape. To sum this all up, I cannot recommend more highly, Fitness Factor as the best fitness facility due to the enthusiastic and highly professional attitude of its owners who know how to have a good time even as youre beating yourself into shape!! (LOL!)

Dinesh Velhal I joined F45 about 3 months ago and frankly I wasnt sure if I would really stick with it. This was my first ever experience with the Gym. But I continued and doing more than 5 workouts each week (I am surprised by it myself!), all thanks to the great coaches (I call them my Gurus) and the community that keeps cheering each other :-) The energy levels are so high and infectious. Highly recommend to anyone who is serious about transforming their life!

Kaylee Canaan and Abigale have been the best! I come at night everyday and it’s always clean and they provide excellent service! The make coming to the gym feel welcoming and are now a part of my daily routine, no matter what they always say hello when I walk in the door. Thank you for being great and making me feel at home when I need some gym therapy.

Haley Brant Overall movement has been a very enjoyable franchise to visit! The staff are so friendly. They have gone above and beyond when Ive had specific things I needed support with (e.g. sustaining an injury that limited my mobility). I enjoy stopping by with my husband even when he climbs and I dont. Went to the Denton location today and Zack assisted me at the front desk. He was amazing and helped me in a way that felt very encouraging for me to keep coming back. Highly recommend if you want a gym that has a friendly and welcoming vibe.

Eddie Renz I love coming to this Stretch Lab. The staff is so kind and top notch. I started going to improve my range of motion in my leg after a knee surgery and these stretches have really helped. I highly recommend this if you feel you could use a good stretch!

Zach Thomas Amazing place, very friendly staff, great pool, the lifeguards are very nice and the food is really good, they’re is so much to do here I love it! Highly recommend coming here. Please fix the outdoor mister sprayers and water fountains! Also a great addition to add here would be pool tables and ping pong tables!
