Kelly Davis My son discovered his love for basketball in middle school, though he had missed the early, formative years when many players develop core fundamentals. Still, he was all in. We began attending Open Gym sessions to work on skills and get court time. Chris Adams, the owner and inventor, generously offered to help. Two years later, my son is making a thousand shots an hour with impressive accuracy. Hes now on both his high school team and a Select team—and has finally found his role. While teammates were once hesitant to pass to him, hes now the go-to for difficult, high-precision three-pointers. Chris has invested countless hours helping my son not only develop his basketball skills but also build his conditioning, confidence, and self-motivation. We’ve committed to training once a week during the school year and twice a week in the summer. The results have been life-changing. It’s hard to believe he’s the same kid. I credit his growth—on and off the court—to Chris and his truly exceptional gym.

Ben Vonderhaar Joined the Workout Pro 4 days ago and It is a fantastic gym. I workout around 4:45am and dont have to worry about waiting to use equipment. Has everything you need to get a great workout. Dumbbells go up to 150s which is not something youll find in neighborhood community or commercial gyms. 5 stars love this gym already.

Dr. DL Leddon I want to say that of all the fitness/ physical therapy centers, and health/wellness groups, Fitness Factory (FF) in Denton, & working with Julia and Kyle, has been the most sound and progressive fitness/health program Ive subjected (LOL) myself to!! I am in a long term program, working out at Robson Ranch with both Julia and Kyle, in an evolving training program featuring recovering strength and stability with both major and related minor muscle groups. Ive met most of my goals, and have still aways to go. I chose Fitness Factory because we had heard about Julia who had had a lot of success with seniors post-surgery fitness recovery. I then observed Julia with a client one day, and she was right there, teaching, & demonstrating/observing proper form. She also did her own form versions, explaining the why & how of muscle function. I told my husband, "I want her" as my trainer. He agreed. Now, I work out mostly with Kyle who is also excellent. Kyle and Julia as owners value their clients safety and wellbeing as the most important factor in their personal fitness goals. In addition, they are responsive, on time, energetic, and professional. They ensure their own facilities and equipment are clean and in good shape. To sum this all up, I cannot recommend more highly, Fitness Factor as the best fitness facility due to the enthusiastic and highly professional attitude of its owners who know how to have a good time even as youre beating yourself into shape!! (LOL!)

L Grottis Fitness Connection is exactly what I need in a gym: clean facilities, welcoming staff (shout out to Tali), well functioning equipment, and generally considerate fellow patrons. Seeing the “regulars” on my gym days brings a sense of community. And I admire Fitness Connection’s motto: faith, family and fitness.

Coach Clay deserves a special shoutout for his dedication and passion. He was the first interaction I had the day I signed up for my trial and I knew right then that this was the place to be. It’s not so much about the gym you go to, but instead the community of members that makes it special. His expertise and motivational skills elevate each session, pushing you to give your all while fostering a sense of camaraderie among members. What truly sets F45 Little Elm apart is the feeling of belonging. Whether youre a beginner or a seasoned athlete, everyone is welcomed with open arms. The supportive atmosphere makes every workout feel like a team effort, with high-fives and words of encouragement exchanged freely. The variety of classes keeps things exciting, ensuring that you never get bored with your routine. Each session is challenging yet accessible, allowing you to push your limits and reach new heights with every workout. Overall, F45 Little Elm offers more than just a place to exercise; its a community where you can sweat, grow, and connect with like-minded individuals on your fitness journey. All the Coaches are amazing and the vibe of the gym is just different than anywhere else I’ve worked out. If youre looking for a gym that feels like home, look no further than F45 Little Elm. REVATHY NAIR This place is very clean and tidy. The gym offers wide range of equipment, all of them are well maintained and regularly cleaned. Its well equipped and motivating place to work out. Trainer julie is amazing, she is assisted me well.

Alex&Slavko Djukic Outlaw Boot Camp is truly one of a kind! Ive been to so many gyms, but none compare to the experience Ive had here. The sense of community and family environment is incredible—it’s not just a gym; it’s a place where you feel you belong. The trainers are exceptional—welcoming, personable, and genuinely invested in your journey. They make every workout enjoyable, and it never feels like a chore. At Outlaw, you don’t stress about numbers on the scale; you simply focus on having fun while achieving your goals. It’s an amazing space that makes fitness feel rewarding and uplifting. Highly recommend!

Leslie Evans I have loved HOTWORX at Denton Crossing. I have received excellent and responsive customer service. The sauna experienced has had as much positive impact on my mental health as it has my physical health. I can only echo the review below saying that HOTWORX is my happy place. When I needed to cancel my membership due to a loss of income I was terribly sad. I was met with quick response and I did not experience trouble with this process. I cannot wait to be able to rejoin in the future.

Camille B I started attending Inspire Yoga Denton with one of my friends a few years ago, and it quickly became an oasis of empowerment and release for me. Every class I attended was thoughtful, challenging, and informative, with wonderful cuing and alignment assistance. Unfortunately, Ive moved away from Denton, but I learned about one of the retreats they were hosting this year and decided to sign up. Best decision ever! The 2024 Inspire Yoga Soul Revival Retreat to Nosara, Costa Rica, was one of the most beautiful life experiences Ive had. Courtney Whistler, the owner of Inspire Yoga Denton, is a masterful trip coordinator. You could tell how much intention and time went into curating the retreats itinerary. I appreciated the balance of yoga with unique experiences and space for relaxation and reflection, as well. Im also so happy she brought back a previous Inspire teacher, Jennifer McElory, to lead our practice. Her expertise and creativity shine through every flow she leads. I truly felt cared for by the leadership here. All this to say, when another retreat opportunity comes up, DO IT. Its the reset your mind, body, and soul are craving.

Michelle Fredrickson We had an excellent experience with Texas Galaxy during our time there. They foster a safe space for all children to learn and grow. The coaches are uplifting and encouraging. They really care about the kids that go there.
