5 /5 Jessica Villasenor: I went by today because my ring was damaged. Luckily my husband purchased the life time warranty. My ring I picked out in 2018 is no longer sold. My salesman Alex was very patient with me and helped me find a replacement ring in the same price range! Their system kept giving them issues due to the warranty was purchased by a different card during our initial purchase. The manager was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we walked out of the door with the ring I chose! This is especially means a lot considering the ring I chose before had a design flaw and they had to change it out several times. They made sure I was satisfied with my purchase! Thank you both for going above and beyond to make sure I had a gorgeous replacement! ❤️❤️❤️ I am so happy!

At other stores, we felt pressured to make a purchase, but German and Alejandro at Zales were incredibly patient and genuinely focused on helping us find the right ring. Their personable and professional approach made the process enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks to their guidance, we found the perfect ring and truly felt cared for every step of the way. Highly recommend asking for German and Alejandro when you visit!

1 /5 Myers Drew “Sgt Sreym”: I recently brought my wife’s ring in for warranty service and potential repair or replacement. Unfortunately, this has become a recurring issue—we’ve had to send the ring in for repairs four times over the past two years. Despite my wife being extremely careful with it, removing it even for routine tasks, the ring has consistently had problems, including loose stones and gold wearing off. During our most recent visit, we were initially told an exchange might be possible. We then spent over two hours selecting a potential replacement, only to be informed afterward that we would be required to purchase a new warranty, pay sales tax, and incur additional fees. This lack of transparency was disappointing and felt deceptive. Its frustrating to be penalized for a products ongoing defects. To make matters worse, the experience was uncomfortable and disheartening—watching my wife move from ring to ring, trying to find a suitable replacement, only to be misled. Being offered a store credit card to help finance rings that were five times the price was insulting, given the circumstances. Overall, this has been a very poor experience. We will not be returning for future upgrades and will be taking our business elsewhere
