Quiroz Carlos (TopChulo) So I purchased the green dial the other day and my wife loved it so much we returned to purchase the yellow dial for her. These are absolutely beautiful watches that look much more expensive than what we paid for them. So I have to acknowledge one of the managers at this Rim location Mr Oscar Barrera he is absolutely outstanding and his customer service is exceptional, they did not have the yellow variant at his store but he went out of his way to drive to another store to get this watch for us, he could have Easily told us to go to the other store but he did Not, this is the Exact reason why I shop at this store and I always deal with Oscar. The 3 reasons why I chose this Citizens watch was the colors on the dial are brilliant the president style band looks elegant and its very comfortable and the exhibition case back is a very nice touch, for the price of this watch its hard not to pull the trigger on it, so I did twice . Thank you Oscar you are the Best .

Chris Ojeda Walking into Zales at South Park Mall, we honestly just needed a quick ring cleaning. Life happens, and my partner’s engagement ring was looking a little less sparkly than usual! We were greeted so warmly, and Jeanette took such great care of us. Not only did she offer to clean her ring, but she also mentioned that we still had a warranty on it! We had completely forgotten about it. To our surprise, the warranty covered resizing, which is something wed been considering for a while. And the best part? Jeanette explained that we even have options for future upgrades! It was such a pleasant and unexpected experience. James Jaramillo If you are looking for the most beautiful selection of jewelry combined with the type of customer service that only a loving family owned business can offer then Rialto Jewelry is the place for you. I was there the other waiting while my watch was being serviced and I saw a young couple in love come in to shop for an engagement ring and it was so nice to see the time and care they were given. It’s nice to know that some businesses like this still exist. I will never shop at a big box jewelry store as long this wonderful store is around. You all are the best!!!

Dean Calvo My household had been going to Hi-Tone for all of our jewelry needs for many years. The staff is always very professional, polite and honest. There’s quite a bit of quality custom jewelry on display, and I definitely would recommend them for any repairs as well. We’ve brought quite a few rings and bracelets over the years, and I just dropped off my wife’s emerald bracelet. The quote was very reasonable! Also, a couple of weeks ago I brought in my watch band in for repair. It turned out they were able to fix it with an adjustment right on the spot and didn’t charge me. We definitely trust this company.

John Pena Just had to share my recent experience at Jared Jewelry store located on San Pedro in San Antonio. I took my custom diamond ring of 10 years to have it repaired. I was greeted by Annie Gallo. She was very nice, polite, professional, informative and very helpful. I inquired about the cost of the ring repair. Annie was very helpful in looking up my purchase and found I had purchased the warranty. After a few minutes, my ring was taken to be repaired, at no cost, and I was informed it would be ready the following day. Two days later, I picked up my ring. All I can say is WOW! My ring looked better than when I purchased it. Jared did an amazing repair job. I was truly impressed with Jared. They proved to be trustworthy and provided excellent customer service. For my next diamond purchase, Jared will be first on my list. Thank you Annie and Jared for making this a memorable experience.
