Jenn has helped me with multiple pieces and the patience to explain things and time she provided to help figure out exactly what we were looking for was unparalleled compared to other experience in the industry! Truly RARE GEMS themselves :) Also, their reward system is BOMB and I think this is something innovative in the fine jewelry space as I dont see too many jewelers offering a rewards dollar program!
