I came across the Diamond Room searching for a place to bring the custom design I had for my now fiancés to life. Past retailer experiences didn’t go as planned and I had a date in which I wanted to propose. I really wish I would have saved time and found the Diamond Room first. Matt and Daniel helped pick out the perfect diamond. Matt took the time to walk me through different enhancements that made the ring unique as well has protected the side diamonds and the centerstone. Working with Kaitlyn for the CAD renderings and final product could not have been simpler. This is an amazing team and I truly recommend the Diamond Room.

Long story short, after a rather unfortunate incident that required my ring to be cut off my finger, I was heartbroken and brought my ring to Avior. I had already been in the idea of replacing my center stone and they assured me they could do it and fix my ring at the same time. I was given a time frame and they exceeded my expectations and had my ring done 2 days sooner!! I found myself looking at their beautiful collection and another ring caught my eye!
