1 /5 Lori Hunt: Sergio appraised my pieces. Insurance required new appraisals. His son appraised my pieces, his appraisals were much lower than prior, they were rude when I questioned the values. I took my pieces to an appraiser. The values were $80,000 higher. I have boycotted Sergios. I am disappointed with their rude behavior and unprofessional business. Diamonds do not Shrink and gold costs have increased not decreased.

1 /5 Julie Smith: I really do not like leaving negative reviews but I feel this is necessary. I brought in my engagement ring and wedding band to have it sized down 2 sizes. I was told the style of the band was not able to be sized down in a traditional way. I was told they could size it down but it would come out with a flat bottom side. The other option I was given was to remake the ring and schedule with their designer. I am still losing weight so I decided to go with the size down option that would be flat on the bottom and remake the ring at a later date. When I went to pick up the rings I was quite shocked with what that did to my rings. It was so terrible and squished my finger like a pancake. They did warn me of this but was not expecting it to be this atrocious. I couldn’t wear the rings because they hurt and several months later decided to take it to another jeweler to have it remade because I thought it was my only option. I knew I did not want Sergio’s to remake it. The new jeweler was completely shocked when she saw what was done with my rings. She said she has never seen anything like this and there is no issue in resizing these rings down. She said maybe a side diamond would come loose during the process but no issue in placing them back. Come to find out my ring was not sized at all by Sergio’s but simply squished down flat. My new ring size is an 8 and it was squished to a size 6. I thought it was odd when at Sergio’s they asked to measure my knuckle size, makes sense so they knew how flat they could go. I got my rings back today and they are beautiful and back to their normal round shape . Maybe they are ok for small repairs and simple sizing but I would not bring anything of value here. I have attached photos of what they did to my rings and how they were repaired after.

1 /5 Alegandra Muratalla: The lady that was in the front desk completely ignored me and my partner when we came in and asked to look at some rings ! I’ve went several times and bought pieces and this is the second time that I have gone in and been ignored…the first time I thought it was an accident or not being able to hear but she was beside us and we asked her and she completely ignored us. SUPER RUDE definitely not going back.

5 /5 J D: I was in the area looking for a watch shop which is no longer, I pulled off and put in watch repair in maps and Sergios Jewelry came up, close by. They replaced bent pins on a vintage watch, and pulled off the keeper holder hoop off a band and put them on my existing watch. They did this all at no charge, it was very generous and greatly appreciated. FYI its just a $7.00 charge to change a watchband if you supply the band. They have an enormous selection of costume jewelry, from basic to dropping in bling! A must stop in for a repair or to shop next time you are in Casa Linda Plaza.
