Alex Cochran I used to be intimidated when I thought about CrossFit, but theres nothing to be afraid of! After my first class I left smiling and ready to tackle more. The Shed has helped me get stronger and more confident. Everyone is so nice and encouraging, and the coaches will break down anything you dont understand. You dont have to be at a certain fitness level; everything can be scaled to meet you where you are. We all work hard together and it really pays off! Just try one class!

Laura Harwell My boys started attending KO boxing this month and have learned so much already. Everyone at the gym is helpful to the kids and they are focused on technique, hard work, and fundamentals; all while making sure the kids have fun and feel seen. The coaches give the kids individual attention within the class to work on any skills they may need to. We love KO Boxing and I cannot wait to see how much my boys grow in their boxing skills!

Katharine Hudson I have to take a moment and brag on the Perfected Bodies staff - ever single employee I’ve met and worked with at this facility has been INCREDIBLE. Nathalie in particular has been absolutely life changing to work with and every other trainer I’ve interacted with has been exceptionally positive and uplifting. Even the maintenance and cleaning staff are always warm, welcoming and helpful. The facilities are always kept on top shape, clean and functional with an excellent variety of equipment to keep clients engaged and challenged. The Perfected Bodies team and facility have been such a blessing in my life and the life of their clients - I recommend this team to everyone. A HUGE Thanks to the Perfected Bodies staff!

Rider One This gym is incredible. It has a wonderful coach and staff. They are always ready to train and the atmosphere is very inviting.

Michelle Fredrickson We had an excellent experience with Texas Galaxy during our time there. They foster a safe space for all children to learn and grow. The coaches are uplifting and encouraging. They really care about the kids that go there.

Zach Thomas Amazing place, very friendly staff, great pool, the lifeguards are very nice and the food is really good, they’re is so much to do here I love it! Highly recommend coming here. Please fix the outdoor mister sprayers and water fountains! Also a great addition to add here would be pool tables and ping pong tables!

L Grottis Fitness Connection is exactly what I need in a gym: clean facilities, welcoming staff (shout out to Tali), well functioning equipment, and generally considerate fellow patrons. Seeing the “regulars” on my gym days brings a sense of community. And I admire Fitness Connection’s motto: faith, family and fitness.

Jendayi Horton I’ve had such a great experience at this gym, and I really want to take a moment to shout out Parker for his amazing customer service. Every time I’ve had a question about my membership or needed help with something, he’s shown a real sense of urgency, patience, and professionalism. He makes sure I always leave with a clear answer, and you can tell he truly cares about helping members feel supported. The gym itself is also outstanding. The equipment is always clean, well-maintained, and there’s a huge variety—everything from a wide selection of weight machines to smooth, well-oiled treadmills. The sauna is a major plus and always feels relaxing and well kept. But one of my favorite parts is the women’s gym area. It’s such a positive, welcoming, body-inclusive space. I love that they’ve created an environment where every woman can feel comfortable, confident, and empowered while working out. Overall, the atmosphere, the staff, and the facilities make this one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a part of. Big thanks again to Parker for going above and beyond!
