Nick Tabbatha was absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I walked in carrying a bag from a competitor, and I didn’t even realize we were in the wrong store because the entire team was so welcoming. Tabbatha kindly adjusted a temporary sizer for her ring and was incredibly pleasant throughout. Only after helping us did she gently let us know about the mix-up. It’s incredible how one person’s kindness can brighten your day. I’d definitely consider returning—top-notch service!

I was there the other waiting while my watch was being serviced and I saw a young couple in love come in to shop for an engagement ring and it was so nice to see the time and care they were given.
