He gave us some recommendations on repairing the wedding band to last and making sure it doesnt get bent again, but in the meantime he said hed just reform it and clean my engagement ring free of charge. Last week, we brought back both my rings and hubbys wedding band for cleaning/polish service but Luis noticed the prongs of my engagement ring were getting worn. He quoted us the repair and we were told it would take about a week. We got the call they were ready before the week was up. Our rings are so shiny, they all look new! Good quality service! Nick Tabbatha was absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I walked in carrying a bag from a competitor, and I didn’t even realize we were in the wrong store because the entire team was so welcoming. Tabbatha kindly adjusted a temporary sizer for her ring and was incredibly pleasant throughout. Only after helping us did she gently let us know about the mix-up. It’s incredible how one person’s kindness can brighten your day. I’d definitely consider returning—top-notch service!

I then went in store and she spent about 2 hours with me making sure that I got exactly what I was looking for and then she engraved everything! I will definitely be going back.
