Elle Carnley This was the gentlest manicure of my life! It was such a pleasure. The nail tech slowed down and really paid attention to detail, unlike big nail spas where they’re trying to service as many customers as possible. Plus this spa focuses on natural nail care, which my nails desperately needed. I loved the calm environment and definitely dozed off a little during the manicure! I consider that a success. Plus new customers get 20% off their first service, so that was a nice surprise.

Mina Umer Adam and Hanna are some of the sweetest professionals I have ever met. This was my first time having my nails done and I wasnt entirely sure what I wanted. They were extremely patient with me and so friendly. Even though I walked in towards the end of their day, they were happy to accommodate me and I did not feel rushed at all. They both did such an amazing job! I had dip powder nails with design done and they came out better than I had even envisioned. The full set has lasted me 3 weeks and I was complimented so many times on them! Both Adam and Hanna have over 10 years of experience in the nail business and it really shows. I dont think I will ever go anywhere else and I recommend everyone to give them a visit if they really want a top-quality and friendly experience.

Rachael Smaltz This was my first time at this location. I found it through Google and decided based on the great reviews. The man at the front was extremely helpful. I walked in and told him what I was needing and he actually made suggestions. I was seated immediately with a tech. I believe her name was Jessica. I think she did a great job. However, my only complaint is that when she was filing the dip powder down with the electric file, she wasn’t being as careful and ended up hitting my cuticle and skin around my nail bed. Yes, it bled. No, she didn’t do anything to rectify the bleeding. No, I didn’t say anything because when the manicure was over, it seemed like she was ready to be finished. Now I have scabs/sores where a wound was made. I do think she did a good job executing what I had asked for. I will be going back to this salon because the customer service from the front was great, the price point was fair, the color selection was nice, and the salon as a whole was very clean. However, I think I’ll be asking for a different tech next time.

When I walked in I asked if they did BUILDER GEL I was told yes as I am getting my pedicure Kim ask what color shellac I want I said nude she said ok and when I double checked if she was going to apply the builder gel before the color she said no that they don’t do that only shellac ! ! I immediately asked her to stop with my nails because I asked for builder gel and I was told they do it. Mia didn’t even ask what kind of pedicure I wanted she just did cut my nails and did the polish ! When I say NEVER AGAIN I mean NEVER AGAIN ! I asked for my toes to be cut even and the same, that didn’t happen! I gave this place a try because of the good reviews unfortunately I didn’t receive great service!

Barbara Aralu I use to love this place, in fact I’ve been patronizing this place of business since the previous owner had it…I followed her there because of here exceptional customer service and of course her wonderful work. Tammy was amazing she serviced myself including all the women in my family as well as my friends. Unfortunately the new owner Ivy disgraced me the day of my birthday, she actually ruined my whole day. She had an attitude from the moment I walked in, I simply asked for my water to be more warm after patiently and respectfully waiting for half an hour when she told me there would be no wait, she brought a boiling coffee pot and asked me is that better for you. I told her I don’t feel comfortable putting my feet in boiling water, and that I never experienced that, she proceeded to yell at me, and antagonize me by talking to me disrespectful in front of her staff and other customers, she said if I don’t like it then I could go somewhere else. I replied “Ivy I always come here to patronize you, do you not want to service me. She asked another worker to complete my pedicure which she did. Mind you that was 5 days ago and my shellac is already chipping. Ivy the owner then told me she does not feel comfortable doing my nails, as if I had not already scheduled this two weeks prior. After waiting two hours, there was a hurricane earlier that week and a lot of us residents including businesses did not have power. So when I found out Alexan nails were still open I got excited. I was looking forward to enjoying my day for my birthday and she totally ruined it. I told her I respect her wishes although I did nothing wrong, paid for my services and gracefully left. I will never patronize Alexan nails again. This is my warning to you all, no matter how good or bad of a service no one wants to spend their hard earned dollars with a disrespectful, rude and entitled business.

Amber my nail tech did an outstanding job. It was my first time doing a cat eye. She was very sweet and patient with me while we tried different colors to get the one I really liked. Shathujah Patcunan I had a pedicure and an acrylic full set yesterday. Susan did great in my toes and really sweet lady. Over the lady who did my nails I believe was very poor with her customer service skills. I pointed out certain tweaks while she was doing my nails and her skills are very poor so she’s telling me how hard her job is. I understand if your salon has nail technicians who may not have the best skill then don’t charge for a shaping fee!! Or $55 for nails when they don’t turn out to your store “standards” She didn’t shape my nails as almond I asked. The nail polish did not even cover my entire nail. And on some nails the acrylic is over spilling from my nail bed. Not happy with the work especially with how much I’m being charged. Please advise.

This has been a great first experience. Extremely happy with the service from Vinny and Tom. The complimentary Vietnamese coffee was the cherry on top. Bellarosa Johnson I had a really great experience here with my daughter. We both got mani and pedis which were so relaxing. My daughter’s nails and toes came out great and my toes came out great. However I’m not really satisfied with my French tip full set. The shape is off, the color doesn’t match my skin tone, the nails look like they are flipped up when I hold my hand flat and there is nail polish on my skin where the paint job is sloppy. See pictures below. I don’t think they are worth the 67 dollars I payed for them. Overall this place was nice and very attentive.
