Sonali Mehta I have been here multiple times now, it’s me and mom date every time. The people are nice and courteous. However this time my paint got chipped in two days and I went back to them they were kind enough to fix it without any charge. It was not shellac.

My facial technician Tracey is superb!! The front desk staff has exceptional Customer Service skills and a role model for any type of business!! I have been going to this location for seven years and have no desire to go anywhere else. I highly recommend this location and all of their technicians are very professional with outstanding people skills!!!

Laura Torres How amazing are my wedding nails?! Pinky did such an AMAZING job. Even though I moved to Cypress a few months ago, I made sure to get my wedding nails done at Shades The Nail Bar. Everyone is so nice and helpful! In addition, the facility is very clean and peaceful.

Toya Bellard Definitely not Like 1st Lash in Bear Creek. Came in on lunch for a full set, slow mediocre work. I could be wrong but my tech was new. I noticed she kept asking questions regarding my service and was unsure about some of the product locations. She was nice but my nails are uneven and the powder was over my cuticles resulting in a bulky look

Mina Umer Adam and Hanna are some of the sweetest professionals I have ever met. This was my first time having my nails done and I wasnt entirely sure what I wanted. They were extremely patient with me and so friendly. Even though I walked in towards the end of their day, they were happy to accommodate me and I did not feel rushed at all. They both did such an amazing job! I had dip powder nails with design done and they came out better than I had even envisioned. The full set has lasted me 3 weeks and I was complimented so many times on them! Both Adam and Hanna have over 10 years of experience in the nail business and it really shows. I dont think I will ever go anywhere else and I recommend everyone to give them a visit if they really want a top-quality and friendly experience.

W TOON Nicky was awesome. Great hospitality and making sure I was comfortable. She was amazingly gentle on my hands and feet. The steam machine on my legs was so relaxing. I rarely get manicures and pedicures, but I think I have found me a location to come to.

Jazmin Hutchinson LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I absolutely love the way my nails look every single time. Sometimes I come with pictures for inspiration and I swear that they outdo themselves every single time. Everyone is truly so nice and I would definitely recommend that you stop by!!!
