Jean Abele Sweetwater Nails is a friendly salon & very caring of their clients. I’ve been going to Nickie,a highly trained nail technician , for quite some time now. I’m a senior citizen & she gives 110% for me. I live close by& actually walked today to my appointment. The weather changed quickly & drastically while I was ready to leave. Nick, the office manager, actually drove me home. Rollator & all. That’s going over & above the call of duty. The salon is a place of many colors, beautiful scents, cocktails & lovely decor.

Judith Williams My husband and I both get our pedis done by Diana. She is very skilled and knowledgeable. We love the waterless method. I recommend her all the time to family and friends.

rae c i have been here about 5 or 6 times so i can create a really well rounded review for anyone coming here. My boyfriend took me here starting July 2023 (he gets manicures sometimes as well) and i have a few pictures of some of the dip powder sets ive gotten from here. (the selfie was the only pic i had of the simple french tips haha) i have also gotten pedicures twice from here (dont rly wanna post my feet on the internet but trust me, theyre cute!). Everytime I have been here ive gotten a different nail tech, and theyve all been WONDERFUL. not okay or good, but wonderful. They adapt really well whether youre in a talkative mood or not (i like to be silent most times during my pampering, and they make the experience great every time). I have had several negative experiences with pedicures in the past. I tend to have a mild ingrown toenail, but people will be too aggressive with it, and I end up with toe pain for many days after leaving but not here and my partner also has never had a bad pedicure from here he mentioned. I went somewhere else last month bc i wanted to pay for my own nails for once and didnt wanna spend as much as he usually does for them, and although i decently enjoyed it around the level as one would, it was very noticeable the difference between regular places, and sweet escape. I love every time i come here, and shout out to Hana for doing my nails amazing twice. and i cannot remember her name for the life of me but theres a girl who every time i see her is ALWAYS wearing a bun and she did my pedicure last time and was the sweetest woman ever. loved her. anyway, all that just to say i love this place and its deserves all the stars ive given it.

Laura Torres How amazing are my wedding nails?! Pinky did such an AMAZING job. Even though I moved to Cypress a few months ago, I made sure to get my wedding nails done at Shades The Nail Bar. Everyone is so nice and helpful! In addition, the facility is very clean and peaceful.

Aisha Hassan Got my nails done for the first time at Alexan and I am extremely happy with my results. Ivy did an excellent job and was fun to talk to. I will 100% come back as a regular. Such a good experience 10/10. The establishment itself is also very organized, clean, and calming.

Princy V I’ve been coming here for my mani’s for about a year now and specifically asked for Ms. Lucy based off of other reviews. Let’s just say she’s yet to disappoint me! I come in with all these random inspo pics and she indulges all my craziness! She’s also a perfectionist who takes time and great care in patiently making sure the nails have come out to her satisfaction as well! The rest of her team (including her husband) are also very personable, they greet and treat you well, offer beverages and make sure you are comfortable. Ronald Windon My experience at Spectrum was awesome. I got the Herbal and Pearl Pedicure. My technician was amazing. She too her time and made sure I had a great experience. I love Spectrum!

TX - Emmeline Colmenares Under new Management- I’ve been going here for the past 2 months and it’s been great! Reasonable pricing and the ladies are friendly and do a great job. They have a wide range of colors! I go for getting dipped color for my mani for it to last a bit longer. Pedicures is really nice with cleaning, hot stone massage and color!

Marilyn Tried this place since it was around the corner from the house. Very cool day and both front and back doors were wide open. I came in for a pedicure and thats what I got. Nothing special. Didnt ask if I wanted a design (which was on from last pedicure). I dont mind paying extra for it. I picked my color and tech had to add fluid because it was so thick. They were supposed to be sparklely but are not. Tech did listen about taking off extra cuticle on little toe. Dont think I will be back.
