5 /5 Mark Banks: Just picked out a diamond ring from Kennedy Jewelers for our 20th anniversary, and the whole experience was awesome. Lorri helped us out and she was fantastic — super helpful, patient, and really knew her stuff. The hardest part was my wife trying to decide which ring to go with… they had so many great options. In the end, she found the perfect one and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Jennifer Mitchell: My experience at Kennedy Jewelers was amazing. I brought in my wedding set to sell and I was greeted by a very welcoming staff. They took my set to the owner. When he came out, he told me he was going to pass on buying the set. However, while looking at the rings, he fixed a flaw in the setting and cleaned it for me. He also took the time to explain a little about how selling an item like this works, and gave me some very useful ideas. It meant the world to a lady in a tough spot.

You can get your rings authenticated there for free, and theyll look at any concerns you have with any of your jewelry there for free too! I always feel bad that I havent paid them, but they are so nice and understanding! Would 200/10 recommend!

5 /5 Brad Tyler: It is fair to say that I was a little intimidated by the engagement ring shopping process. I had an idea of what my girlfriend was looking for but no knowledge whatsoever in pricing, stones, shanks, etc,. I stopped by Kennedy Jewelers expecting to have a hard time finding something with a “WOW” factor in my budget. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service and down to earth attitude that Jeremy and his staff displayed. They walked me through the process, helped me find a ring that I liked (and she loved), and kept it within my budget! Needless to say, she said yes when she saw the beautiful ring that they helped me order. I’m certain it was the ring that tipped her decision in my favor haha.
