My husband took inspiration photos to Sam after we had tried on rings and he custom designed my engagement ring! He said the process was very easy and he was pleased. I custom designed my band with Meredith and I couldnt be happier! My husband loves his titanium band and I love the look of the two-tone on him. We had an amazing experience from the beginning to the end! Both Sam and Meredith are very kind and patient while making your decision. They feel like family when going into the store. I had about an ounce of gold, took it to a pawn shop, didnt like the offer I got. Went to The Vault the next day, he gave me $550 more than the pawn shop offered!
