As a first time mom, everyone there from checking in, to the nurses and doctors - they always go above and beyond in caring for my daughter and giving me all of the information I need to ensure I am on track with her and that she’s getting the best medical attention possible. I am so grateful to have found a team of nurses and doctors that I know are always there whenever I have a concern or questions. They utilize an online patient portal which makes communication and accessing information so seamless. They are always prompt at returning messages in the portal and calling me, and getting into appointments and seen by the doctor is seamless. I can’t say enough positive things about Lockport Pediatrics. I’m so happy we have such a solid Pediatric team in them to make sure my daughter is getting everything she needs as she continues to grow.
