Having congestive heart failure in a town where the only providers seem to go out of their way to demonstrate how disinterested they are in your welfare is hardly encouraging. Not scheduling tests as promised, finally scheduling them but neglecting to submit the necessary paperwork to insurance for approval, after said tests finally completed months later randomly cancelling the customary follow-up appointment without rescheduling and then ignoring repeated requests for a new time. Abysmal, unethical and infuriating. My father deserves better, so does Lockport.
