5 /5 mylife Living “Living Mylife”: staff was welcoming nice waiting area comfortable rooms with the TV inside watch Netflix while getting my procedure done. Dr. Daniel Ilyabayev did a wonderful job giving anesthesia . it was painless. I love this place!

5 /5 Carla P.: I found this office when I had an emergency. My filling had fallen out and my dentist couldn’t fit me in for two weeks. I was experiencing pain. I got the appointment for the following day which was a Sunday! The wait was long but then again it was a Sunday and emergency services. The care I received was superb. I enjoyed the staff and they were gentle with my teeth. After that I went for a cleaning the hygenist was great at sharing tips on dental hygiene. I expressed concern for my back two fillings. I was seen shortly after for filling replacements. The process was fast, smooth and painless. Aside from emergency services they usually do see you at the time of your appointment. I am now trying to get my partner to go to VIP dental because his dentist doesn’t do much for him. All in all, I highly recommend.

1 /5 Indigo Reed: Checking in/ waiting area: This place does have favoritism. There was a poc waiting in front of me as I’m also a poc. We are waiting then A white man enters, he checks in and waits. Few minutes go by and he’s brought in. Hmm weird considering he just came in so why is he allowed to go before me and the other poc??? Dental cleaning: I went in for a cleaning, the lady who cleaned my teeth was very very rough. The X-ray was horrible, I can’t even breath and I almost gagged because she places it straight up down your throat, it’s the most horrible x ray I’ve ever had in my mouth, and I had to do it 20 times. I have a horrible scratch on the bottom of MY GUMS, that x ray gave me some type of pain scar on my gums and I’m still in pain from writing this as it’s also been 2 weeks. It hurts really bad. Next she cleans my teeth, and the flossing is SO BAD. She puts in the floss, and then YANKS it back up. Never in my life have I’ve ever seen someone floss like that, it hurt so bad. Other than that everything is fine. I’m not sure how and why the reviews are good on this place I was in so much pain and the flossing was so horrible. Never will I ever return to this place ever again and they need to higher a new assistant to clean people teeth’s because what she did to me was ridiculous. Update 1: The pain in my mouth is horrible till this day. I will come back on an update if the scar she gave me from the x ray left, gotten worse, or it’s still there.
