1 /5 julia Morante: Do not go to this place. In December they told me I had an infection and they needed to clean the Roth canal, I know I had a crown in the teeth and asked if I’m going to loose it? I know the insurance doesn’t cover the crown so I didn’t wanted to stay without my front tooth. They told me they will do a small hole behind the tooth and I wasn’t going to lose it. I told the front desk that I will think about it since the insurance approval expired until March 2025. I had my doubts and I didn’t wanted to do it, I will called them back. After a week a received a call asking me if I wanted to schedule an appointment, I told them no. Since that day December 2024 until February 2025 I received a call from different numbers calling me asking me if I wanted to reschedule an appointment before the approval expires. Unfortunately, after being pressure with so many phone calls I agreed doing this procedure after telling them again to be sure I’m not going to Los lose my crown, the front desk said no, you will not lose it. So I went to my appointment, and the female doctor ( I don’t have her name because they didn’t wanted to provide it after I went back to complaint) she drilled my tooth as they said from the back and then I felt the she finished without doing anything covering the inside tooth with cotton and covering the tooth and she left. Then the front desk comes to tell me that the doctor could not do anything because she didn’t have the necessary tools! The dentist herself couldn’t even stay to explain why she couldn’t do it. So I went home I was feeling pain in my tooth then later I decided to eat a croissant and my TOOTH FALLS!!! I went back to that office and she tried to paste it back but it didn’t last not even one night! Now I’m without my tooth for two weeks and I have to wait another 10 days to my new dentist ask the insurance to do this procedure again. Also I hope they didn’t charge the insurance for something they didn’t do! I’m so depressed because of their fault I’m not able to smile and going to work like this wearing a mask every day! That female dentist is so unprofessional!
