1 /5 Elizabeth Tufino: I am over 18, so my old dentist couldn’t attend me anymore so I came here looking for a new dentist. Made an appointment, stopped by in January and they told me i needed a tooth filling because apparently they found 2 cavities (first time ever, so I had no clue what the procedure of that was). The day of the appointment, I was told rudely that I couldn’t bring a companion (it was my mom!). And another thing, I don’t do well in the dentist, I get very nervous. The doctor was very rude and condescending and called me childish. If you’re going to be in this field as a nurse, doctor, dentist, surgeon, etc., you’re supposed to know how to keep your patient calm and be patient. Fast forward until April, my filling hurts and I can’t eat on one side. I still feel like I didn’t need a filling because they’re money hungry. I should’ve listened to my gut and had gone to get a second opinion because I still think that I didnt have a cavity, even if it cost me.
