Pete Scida A great mechanic is like a great hairdresser - once you find one, you stick with them. Thats what Sprague is. These guys do the job right, they are quick, reasonably priced, and most importantly, I trust them. Sean will tell me up front what he thinks about the job and about what it will cost, and he has been right on every time. Recently, we had a problem with our Jeep, so naturally, we took it there. They checked it out and determined that we had to take it to the dealer because Jeep doesnt share their diagnostic tools. Even though they spent time looking at it to try to fix it, they didnt charge me anything. Meanwhile, the dealership wanted to change us 400 bucks to put in a new battery just to see if that was the problem! I could go on, but you get the idea. Dealerships suck, so I thank goodness for these guys. I highly recommend this shop for your automotive needs.

Nicole Wageck Tony and the team at Upstate imports are amazing! Super thorough and did a complete inspection of my 1988 Mercedes which needed a little love. They were really flexible with what I wanted to get done and offered expert advice without being pushy and took amazing care of my car. They completed the work in one week which was so fast and were so organized and on it with communicating everything. I highly recommend them!

I was driving my car a hour away before to someone I could trust until i tried walt’s and they truly are there for their customers. if you’re a woman and trying to find a reliable shop that won’t try and screw you over because you’re a woman, this is it. they truly just want to give you the best service and make sure you leave happy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. also huge shout out to Larry for taking care of me after i recently got into an accident. he empathized with me and truly helped someone in an awful situation. I didn’t cry when i crashed my car, but i did cry at the kindness of him and helping me through it all.

Quinton McLeod Just plain wow! Pete and Ken are amazing. I have a Tesla Model 3, and Tesla repair has always been known to be a pain in the neck. Previously, before I ever met Pete, I had a huge scratch on my door and it took 6 months to get it fixed - just to give you some history. So, just recently, a lady ran a stop sign and smack right into my rear quarter panel on the drivers side. Ran right into a sensor - and everybody knows (at least those who own Teslas), that the quarter panels are the most expensive and most difficult to fix. Pete repaired the car fast - and I mean __super__ fast. The fact that he was willing to even work on my Tesla in the Syracuse area was a godsend. Excellent customer support, excellent quality, and professional service! If you have a Tesla and youre looking for a place to get your car looked at in the central New York area, this is the place to go!

Brad Sauve The service department at Candy Cars kept me informed of inspection issues with my older truck and offered affordable options for repair in order to pass. Even though they were obviously very busy, Lisa was attentive and communicated with me throughout the repair process.
