Its my Journey We got a flat tire on a Sunday and it was my moms birthday on top of it! But we were lucky to find them! They are open late and on a Sunday! AAA was going to take over two hours to get us and the shop would have been closed. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road and safe. If this experience is anything like what they offer well be back not only for the rest of the tires but anything out car needs!! Highly recommend this shop!!

He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the repairs clearly, and got my truck running like new. If you need a trustworthy diesel mechanic who knows what he’s doing, I highly recommend him.

JSW Life Last year on my return golf trip from Rochester New York while traveling on interstate 81, 300 miles from my home. I blew the head gasket on my 1999 Volvo xc70. Had the car towed to the VOLVO dealership in Syracuse that Sunday. I had to take a bus home. Followed up with the dealer that Monday, repair estimate over $4000.00. Did some online research and found Gabe Auto. Had the car towed to them, I couldnt have been more pleased with the choice. I felt at ease after my conversation with Gabe. For further reassurance I had my Volvo mechanic (Ive known him for over 25 years) speak with Gabe after speaking with him he confidently assured me that Gabe knows his stuff. Cost $2600. One week later I went to pick up my car, met Gabe for the first time. What an upstanding and gracious person. . A few months later I was heading back to Rochester and stopped by to have my wife meet Gabe, we spent 45 minutes chatting with him. Highly recommended.

lizzie may I somehow left my car on all night and came to the shop all nervous with a bunch of warning lights on. Fade(?) reset it free of charge, which took about 2 minutes. He was a very calming and handsome presence in my embarrassing moment of crisis. He wouldn’t even accept a tip, so I offer this review as compensation. 10/10 recommend cuse autoland!

Michael Buselli Just wanted to give a shout out to Johns Auto Care. Their professional and customer skills are some of the best I have ever seen.I brought in some tires and rims for them to put on my Camaro that ended up not fitting. They did not even charge me for their time. Who does that these days . Looking forward to doing business with these people again. Thanks again !

Nicole Wageck Tony and the team at Upstate imports are amazing! Super thorough and did a complete inspection of my 1988 Mercedes which needed a little love. They were really flexible with what I wanted to get done and offered expert advice without being pushy and took amazing care of my car. They completed the work in one week which was so fast and were so organized and on it with communicating everything. I highly recommend them!
