Mary Yott Fantastic service! Had an incident with a tire on I81 and was able to get to this garage. They had it fixed and sent me on my way in 15 minutes! Highly recommend!

JSW Life Last year on my return golf trip from Rochester New York while traveling on interstate 81, 300 miles from my home. I blew the head gasket on my 1999 Volvo xc70. Had the car towed to the VOLVO dealership in Syracuse that Sunday. I had to take a bus home. Followed up with the dealer that Monday, repair estimate over $4000.00. Did some online research and found Gabe Auto. Had the car towed to them, I couldnt have been more pleased with the choice. I felt at ease after my conversation with Gabe. For further reassurance I had my Volvo mechanic (Ive known him for over 25 years) speak with Gabe after speaking with him he confidently assured me that Gabe knows his stuff. Cost $2600. One week later I went to pick up my car, met Gabe for the first time. What an upstanding and gracious person. . A few months later I was heading back to Rochester and stopped by to have my wife meet Gabe, we spent 45 minutes chatting with him. Highly recommended.

I never feel uncomfortable going there alone, and know that I’m not going to be charged extra, or have unnecessary work done. These guys are super knowledgeable and care about their customers- whether you’re spending 50 dollars or 5,000!

Both the guys working at the front desk were friendly, honest, and straightforward. My car needed some major repairs (which I already expected), but they explained everything up front and I trusted their recommendations. Their mechanic was able to complete the repairs in one day, which I wasnt expecting but was incredibly pleasantly surprised at. Highly recommend this place!

Even though they were obviously very busy, Lisa was attentive and communicated with me throughout the repair process. The mechanics were very efficient with the large amount of work that needed to be done. I’ve always had a great experience with Candy Cars on both the sales and service sides!

Its my Journey We got a flat tire on a Sunday and it was my moms birthday on top of it! But we were lucky to find them! They are open late and on a Sunday! AAA was going to take over two hours to get us and the shop would have been closed. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road and safe. If this experience is anything like what they offer well be back not only for the rest of the tires but anything out car needs!! Highly recommend this shop!!

Pete Scida A great mechanic is like a great hairdresser - once you find one, you stick with them. Thats what Sprague is. These guys do the job right, they are quick, reasonably priced, and most importantly, I trust them. Sean will tell me up front what he thinks about the job and about what it will cost, and he has been right on every time. Recently, we had a problem with our Jeep, so naturally, we took it there. They checked it out and determined that we had to take it to the dealer because Jeep doesnt share their diagnostic tools. Even though they spent time looking at it to try to fix it, they didnt charge me anything. Meanwhile, the dealership wanted to change us 400 bucks to put in a new battery just to see if that was the problem! I could go on, but you get the idea. Dealerships suck, so I thank goodness for these guys. I highly recommend this shop for your automotive needs.
