Cooper Che This is THE BEST auto shop you’ll find in Syracuse. I went to Firestone just for a vehicle inspection, and the guys there hit me with a $3,800 estimate to pass the inspection. I couldn’t afford that, so I brought my car to Bob’s Garage. A few hours later, Bob told me I’d better bring a bag of money. I thought, "Shit, it’s probably cheaper than Firestone but still at least $1,000." But guess what, it only cost me $10!!! That’s right—just $10. Ever since then, I’ve been a loyal customer at his auto repair shop.

lizzie may I somehow left my car on all night and came to the shop all nervous with a bunch of warning lights on. Fade(?) reset it free of charge, which took about 2 minutes. He was a very calming and handsome presence in my embarrassing moment of crisis. He wouldn’t even accept a tip, so I offer this review as compensation. 10/10 recommend cuse autoland!

Lisa Jawork I cannot say enough about this family run business!! Mohamed and his team did an amazing job. A bit of background: My car overheated while driving home on the turnpike in NY to Ohio, on a Sunday. I called my insurance company to get a tow - 1.5hrs later they indicate that is a restricted zone and to call state trooper. I wound up calling the nearest Pep Boys where I had planned on taking it to see if they offered tow service, which they did and it would have been nice if they offered that on my first call with them. Needless to say got dropped into another queue - now worried that it was approaching 3pm on a Sunday and most repair shops would not likely service me the same day. I then found this repair shop that was open until 7pm. I called, explained my issue he indicated to bring the car in and he could work on it. The (independent tow truck company I found through the Warners gas attendant) was curious why I chose this shop out of the others. I said, I need to get home yet today, and they were willing to work on it on a Sunday. Mohamed and his family team treated me so kind, he quickly assessed the issue (water pump completely broken), quoted me a price, and went to work. It was a Very fair price and they even went the extra step to check my oil and give me an oil change at a small price and fix my darn dashboard light from being forever on! It goes to show that no matter where in the world you are, regardless of neighborhood, income, nationality etc.... There are truly good people/mechanics in the world. Quinton McLeod Just plain wow! Pete and Ken are amazing. I have a Tesla Model 3, and Tesla repair has always been known to be a pain in the neck. Previously, before I ever met Pete, I had a huge scratch on my door and it took 6 months to get it fixed - just to give you some history. So, just recently, a lady ran a stop sign and smack right into my rear quarter panel on the drivers side. Ran right into a sensor - and everybody knows (at least those who own Teslas), that the quarter panels are the most expensive and most difficult to fix. Pete repaired the car fast - and I mean __super__ fast. The fact that he was willing to even work on my Tesla in the Syracuse area was a godsend. Excellent customer support, excellent quality, and professional service! If you have a Tesla and youre looking for a place to get your car looked at in the central New York area, this is the place to go!

Sarah Michele I have taken my car here a couple times and they always do fantastic work. I was driving my car a hour away before to someone I could trust until i tried walt’s and they truly are there for their customers. if you’re a woman and trying to find a reliable shop that won’t try and screw you over because you’re a woman, this is it. they truly just want to give you the best service and make sure you leave happy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. also huge shout out to Larry for taking care of me after i recently got into an accident. he empathized with me and truly helped someone in an awful situation. I didn’t cry when i crashed my car, but i did cry at the kindness of him and helping me through it all.
