Oswego Hospital Radiology Center - Pulaski (NY)

Patty Tracy I wouldnt even give them 1 star!!! This office and the personnel there are extremely rude. It took several phone calls that they did not return until I finally got to speak to someone about an appointment. The day before the appointment they tried to cancel it due to a change in insurance which I told them about when I set the appointment. The girl hung up on me mid-sentence. Unbelievable!!!! I called back and it took several tries to get a hold of her again and she was still very very rude. I really hate this office and I am definitely going to find another Gastro doctor to go to. I would never ever recommend them to anyone not even my dog!!!

Aside from being the consummate healthcare professional, the specialty bakery cupcake she brought my father to the hospital on his birthday says it all about how caring and compassionate she is. Today my Mother saw her amazing PA Emily Crandall and our experience was equally incredible, taking the time to thoroughly review and engage in my Mother’s care. Thank you!

Abby Cataldo My husband was a patient at this facility in March 2024 and I could not be more grateful for the staff here. He was treated with utmost respect and kindness. Their facility was clean and well maintained. The specialists kept me in the loop for treatment and encouraged me to visit and call during his time as an onsite patient. He had a positive experience there during a really hard time in our lives. Especially during this time in American healthcare when places like this are often in need of more staff and more support, they did an incredible job providing safety and help when we needed it. These are good people and their kindness was unmatched. I remain eternally grateful for their attentions paid to the person I care about most in the world- and for their inclusion of myself.
