1 /5 Patty Tracy: I wouldnt even give them 1 star!!! This office and the personnel there are extremely rude. It took several phone calls that they did not return until I finally got to speak to someone about an appointment. The day before the appointment they tried to cancel it due to a change in insurance which I told them about when I set the appointment. The girl hung up on me mid-sentence. Unbelievable!!!! I called back and it took several tries to get a hold of her again and she was still very very rude. I really hate this office and I am definitely going to find another Gastro doctor to go to. I would never ever recommend them to anyone not even my dog!!!

1 /5 Frankie Johnson: If you enjoy having to hound people into doing what they say theyre going to do, this is the office for YOU! This office is a disorganized joke. The only thing they handle efficiently is collecting their co-pays. No one returns phone calls, especially regarding testing youve had done or scheduling for a procedure. If you want any information concerning test results or test scheduling, you have to call repeatedly and badger the surly office staff into actually doing their jobs. Medical staff seem to enjoy answering medical questions with things like "I cant be sure" and "That could be, though I cant say for certain." If youre thinking of taking your business here, dont.
