Elvis, the head manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring from the moment I walked in. Michael, the owner, was also hands-on and made sure everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. They diagnosed the problem quickly, showed me the damage, and walked me through the repair options without pressure. The team was transparent with pricing and timelines, and they even gave me some solid tips on preventing rodent issues in the future. The place is run by a father and son, both of whom were genuinely respectful and authentic. As a woman, I’m always on guard at auto shops in case they try to up-charge me, but they made me feel completely at ease and gave me a great price. Highly recommend!

Colin Berg Excellent Vehicle Diagnostics and Clear Communication with Customer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ José lived up to the positive reviews of other customers and successfully repaired my vehicle. My vehicle was not giving a ‘ready’ reading for inspection and another mechanic said I just had to keep driving it until it did. The only problem was that I was already in the extension period and I needed a solution. José offered a drive cycle service and said that he would be able to recommend a solution if the after taking it through the manufacturer specified drive cycle it was still not ready for inspection. It ended up being 2 subsequent repairs that enabled all the vehicle’s sensors to give a ready signal, and it passed inspection. Very satisfied and will be back.

Erik Schaefer This review is about 10 years overdue—so yeah, sorry Jeff! When I moved to NYC back in 2012, every shop I went to managed to screw me over in new and creative ways—first with my Audi, then with my BMW. The final straw was when one place installed a bad transfer case on my BMW. Like, come on. That’s not even a cheap mistake. My buddy kept telling me, “Dude, just go see Jeff at LIC Auto already.” So in 2016, I finally did. I was living in Queens at the time, and Jeff got my BMW running again fast, at a fair price, and most importantly—he didn’t make things worse. Which was a first. Now it’s 9 years later, I live all the way out on Long Island, and I STILL make the trip to LIC Auto. I don’t trust anyone else with my cars. Jeff and his crew are honest, sharp, and they actually fix the issue the first time instead of playing guessing games on your dime. People say a good barber is hard to find—same goes for a good mechanic. Jeff is both… but thankfully he only charges for car work.
