Theyre incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely nice people who clearly care about their customers. What really sets them apart is their commitment to fair pricing. They provided the absolute best price I could find, no hidden fees or unnecessary upsells. They truly go above and beyond - they even offered a FREE inspection of my coolant system and topped off my coolant at no charge! I have to give special recognition to Daniel - his customer service is truly like nothing Ive ever experienced before. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being performed. The team at Essential Auto Care arent just mechanics - theyre skilled technicians with expert knowledge in their field. This distinction shows in their precision, attention to detail, and the quality of their work. Unfortunately, I didnt get my problem resolved on the first visit which was disappointing. But I will visit again.

The first time I came in, they checked my car and noticed a screw on the front passenger-side wheel was almost falling out—something I had no clue about. They fixed it for me right away and didn’t even charge me. Super thankful for that! The second time, I brought my car in because it was making a weird noise. They checked it out and even did a full safety inspection—again, didn’t charge me. They really go above and beyond, and makes me feel safer after I get in my car knowing it’s all checked up, and I really appreciate it. Highly recommend this shop!
