Erik Schaefer This review is about 10 years overdue—so yeah, sorry Jeff! When I moved to NYC back in 2012, every shop I went to managed to screw me over in new and creative ways—first with my Audi, then with my BMW. The final straw was when one place installed a bad transfer case on my BMW. Like, come on. That’s not even a cheap mistake. My buddy kept telling me, “Dude, just go see Jeff at LIC Auto already.” So in 2016, I finally did. I was living in Queens at the time, and Jeff got my BMW running again fast, at a fair price, and most importantly—he didn’t make things worse. Which was a first. Now it’s 9 years later, I live all the way out on Long Island, and I STILL make the trip to LIC Auto. I don’t trust anyone else with my cars. Jeff and his crew are honest, sharp, and they actually fix the issue the first time instead of playing guessing games on your dime. People say a good barber is hard to find—same goes for a good mechanic. Jeff is both… but thankfully he only charges for car work.

Kevin Earnest I had some noise come from my front brakes and contacted Alex an was told to swing by. Alex and his staff were very professional. I was told that front brakes are good, however the rear needs to be replaced. Im always on top of my vehicle so I already purchased front and rear brakes to be on the safe side. They changed my brakes and my rear tail light as it was out. Will definitely return to this shop for more repairs if needed.

CARLOS GOMEZ I went to N.E.A.C due to the nice reviews on YELP but still there is that skepticism. I get my car serviced at MB Manhattan, they offer rim repair service, after several repairs and $300.00 each rim, RIM repair said that my rims could not be repaired any more and that I should buy a new set. Or that the only thing left to do was to patch up the rims and paint them. I said ok, proceed..... some months later I came across N.E.A.C. (yelp) because I needed the rims to look like new again (image is every thingy!) so what was I saying.. ohh yeah!. not only did they repair my rims, but they look better than new!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! look at the pickys I could not be any happier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The repair guy (from TEXAS) told me I can scratch the rims another 100 times and he can repair them.... there is plenty of meat for him to work on. lol they are the best!!!!! if you are anal about every little detail... this is the place to go :0)

jovan figueroa I called Precise Automobile Repair Center to get my brakes fixed. Not only did I get a different diagnosis than from the prior mechanic I went to, but I got a cheaper quote. They were very time efficient and friendly! I would definitely recommend.

A friend took me to Cris Great place great work. .it was all done in 4 to.5 hours I will recommend you I know I will be back his price was unbeatable thank you
