Jun Young Song It was fantastic! I got quotes from three auto body shops. One of them required an additional $1,000 for the fender part (the one starting with W). I found out that the fender is only $500, and I dont need to buy a new one. It just needs to be repaired and painted. Im totally satisfied with their service and price! Thanks a lot! Please avoid the auto body shop in Ithaca downtown.

Rakshit Jain Just wonderful! I have been here more than 5 times over last 5 years. Bob is an extremely kind person and didnt even charge me for a couple of times when I showed up with a small problem in my car. I have never gone to any facility that is so honest and reliable.

Joseph Samosky Our car had a major brake failure while we were on vacation in Ithaca and were extremely grateful to John and his team for their fast, professional service. He was able to schedule us quickly (next day) and we were back on track for exploring the area and driving 300+ miles home. We also had a slow leak in a tire which John fixed and didnt charge us. A great guy and a great shop -- were very glad we found them and recommend them highly.

Devyn Barry Always been treated well, fairly, the work is done on schedule, they work on my old dirty banged up Volvo, and they even help me with dumb questions I have on the phone. Knowledgeable, friendly, experienced mechanics. They dont try to upcharge you for extra work, but will tell you what your car needs. Thankful to have these guys around to trust with my vehicle. Have been a customer for nearly 10 years and will continue to be for life at this rate (as long as I own a Volvo).

David Schwed They are honest and knowledgeable. (Recently diagnosed a thermostat problem on my RAV4 hybrid. They were getting ready to replace it and decided that the hybrid made it much more complex, and they were afraid they could make a mistake. They called to tell me, and recommended going to the dealer. Did not charge me for their time.) Thats why weve been going there 25 years! Very flexible with appointments, get the job done when they promise. Prices seem fair & reasonable.
