Yaisha Rodriguez First off let me just start out by saying that there are only a one or two good nail techs and one good eyebrow lady in this place. I arrived early because I know the wait time is ridiculous. The nail lady I had today started off gluing her arm rest with acrylic and her acrylic brush that she used to do my nails (it was cleaned before use) then she mixed in new powder into her bowl with the opposite end of her pen. Unsanitary. She was very rough with her machines on my nails and had cut one of my fingers with her machine. I felt as though it was rushed when the day wasn’t even busy. This place increased their prices but their nail techs remain at mediocre level. This place will remain the same if things don’t change. It’s sad to say that they’ve lost a loyal costumer. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here.this might seem dumb to some people but this has been building up over time.

Peja Miloti This is such a gem in this neighborhood. I’ve gotten Japanese gel in Queens, and I’ve done my nails in Europe, but when I’m in the Bronx, this is my go-to. My first time there was with Angie, and I was impressed by her meticulous attention to detail in the shape of my nails. I knew immediately I’d be back. Today, I popped in after a few weeks abroad, and Maria took care of me for a hard gel chrome set, and I trust this woman so much! She took good care of me, explained how the color would be changed by the chrome, and gave me the best shape for my hands. I know there’s some reviews about the prices, but let me tell you, I’ve paid way more for way less in other places. Lumi is worth every penny, and the owners and workers are the friendliest I’ve known.

Margaret Kennedy The glam spa offered me excellent, and professional service. The owner was so generous for Mother’s Day, that she handed out free bottles of wine to everyone , and complementary water. The place was clean , had excellent prices , and friendly. I highly recommend this place , and will be coming back really soon.

Jessica Stahmer I go at least once a month to get my UV gel permanent French nails redone. Michelle is a wizard. She takes her time to make sure it’s just right. The shape and color is always perfect and I can go weeks longer without a fill than when I went somewhere else that charged more.

E D Waters Ive been a customer of Nails and Spa for over 4 years since they opened. Ive always received excellent service, and their staff is very pleasant, Professional, and very skilled in what they do. For many years, I used to suffer and have to go back and forth to the Foot Dr.,Because I suffer from in grown nails and since Ive been going to Nails and Spa. Ive not had to go to the back and forth to the dr.. I like that they treat everyone as if they are family and they care. About giving you Excellent service and a good experience.

Christina Mondal I made an appointment online. I enjoyed my pedicure with the lavender and the foot massage. My manicure was nice but could have been better. I liked that the salon didnt have a strong nail polish smell.

Ely, CEO , is absolutely amazing at what she does. it’s an art for her she absolutely enjoys what she does. primarily it’s always prioritizing the clients and ensuring an exceptional experience catering to our needs and paying special attention to detail. they take their time and always welcoming and warm. Surkary is amazing, she’s new it’s my first time with her but she is warm, gentle, welcoming, fun and a perfectionist , paying special attention to all details. she prioritizes perfection and definitely enjoys her craft!

brittany eersteling I’ve been going to them since 2018 Tony and the lady in the first chair are great. The lady in the first chair is dope and open to designs but keeping mind they are pricey. Tony does such an amazing job and my nails last me at least a month before lifting.
